In the heart of the town of Andernos les Bains, is the Standing town house accommodating up to 6 people. A stone's throw from the Pier and the beaches (Arcachon Bay), close to restaurants, shops, the sailing club, the covered market, town entertainment ... A few minutes' walk from the Oyster Port, with its typical fishermen's huts, oyster tastings as well as the Port du Betey (marina). Living room (40 m2 approx.) Harmonious with fitted kitchen, dining area, lounge area (sofa with real mattress 2 pers. 140x190) the large bay window opens onto the balcony (large balcony approx. 17 m2) and the living room exterior, 2 Bedrooms (1 160x200 bed; 2 90x200 beds, TV in each bedroom and plenty of storage space), 1 Shower room, 1 Bathroom, 2 W. C, on the 2nd floor the extra kitchen area gives access the highlight of the apartment is the magnificent terrace (45 m2), a veritable plush outdoor lounge, out of sight, a great place for sunbathing. Free WIFI throughout the accommodation. Private parking space near the accommodation.

The Villa and beach front off Main Street was more than expected. The Villa new and modern and clean. The double balcony and patio furniture beyond appropriate. Restaurants, shopping and night spectacular. Can’t wait for our next visit and stay.

An absolute recommendation

Location had very comfortable beds, well furnished and equiped ktichen and bathrooms. The entire apartment was very tastefully and lovingly furnished. An absolute highlight are the balconies with tables, chairs and lounge furniture. Everything was extremely clean and in very good condition. The parking lot is in the immediate vicinity.

Très bel appartement sur 2 niveaux, accessibles par ascenseur. Convient pour 2 couples, chacun sa chambre, sa Sdb, son wc, sa terrasse. Situé dans une rue piétonne et commerçante, à 100 m du bassin à hauteur du grand ponton. Intérieur bien agencé, très propre. Accueil agréable et disponible. Parking pour voiture à 450 m dans une cour fermée, très appréciable.Vraiment une très belle location.

Séjour autour du bassin d’Arcachon

Maison très agréable et idéalement située en plein centre d’Andernos et à deux pas de la plage. Le mois de mai est une période parfaite pour découvrir le bassin, de la dune du Pilat au Cap Ferret. Ludivine nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme.

Déconnection totale au bord du bassin , maison de ville magnifique et super bien équipé et le clou du spectacle c le toit terrasse. Sehr schönes Objekt in zentraler Lage

Wir (3 Erwachsene) haben 1 Woche im August 2021 in dieser sehr schönen und modern eingerichteten Wohnung verbracht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral Geschäfte, Restaurants und Markt sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und unkompliziert empfangen. Der Parkplatz ist ganz in der Nähe in einem abgeschlossenen Hinterhof. Die Wohnung hat 2 Etagen und hat sogar einen Aufzug. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Belle propriété bien aménagée et équipée (dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de clim au 2ème étage). Les 2 terrasses sont appréciables et la place de parking en plein centre est un plus. Idéalement situé mais grosses nuisances sonores venant du bar à ambiance situé à côté (musique et bruits jusqu'à 2 heures du matin).

Bonjour, Lors de votre départ vous m'avez indiqué ces problèmes de nuisances et nous vous en remercions. Nous sommes allés voir le propriétaire du nouvel établissement le jour même pour leur expliquer les désagréments subis. Le problème a été résolu, leur enceinte qui était devant la porte d'entrée est maintenant placée au fond de leur établissement.
