On the edge of Gard and Ardèche, 25km from Vallon Pont d'Arc, enjoy the calm and the sun with this detached villa, enjoying a fenced, located a few hundred meters from the village of Saint Jean de Maruejols!

House completely renovated in 2015, can accommodate 6 people.
It has a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher ...), a living / dining room (air conditioned), a master suite, 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms, terrace , barbecue.
The house is covered by leading suppliers in 4G.

Animals are welcome, the land is closed.
The villa is located 500m approx from the village center with bakery, supermarket, restaurant, cafe, pharmacy.
7km from Barjac and 25km from the gorges of Ardeche and Pont d'Arc.
Swimming possible in the river less than 1km.

Un petit havre de paix

Agréablement surprise par cette jolie maison au coeur de Saint Jean de Maruejol. Tout le confort, deux chambres une superbe suite parentale. Très bien équipée...magnifique terrasse, un beau jardin avec vue sur la nature. Nous n'avons manqué de rien.. Et l'accueil SUPER !!! Eric est juste adorable !!! A l'écoute, réactif, de bons conseils ...bref...Très belle personne !!!

Beau et calme

Maison très bien situé, la climatisation est un grand avantage, surtout avec ces canicules. Un peu de jouet et jeux à disposition des enfants serait un vrai plus. De très bonnes vacances dans un endroit beau et calme.

La situation de la maison au nord du Gard et à la limite de l'Ardèche permet un rayonnement très efficace pour découvrir la région et les Cévennes. La maison avec ses 3 chambres, sa cuisine équipée, ses salles de bains est parfait pour une famille. Un jardin est également présent.

Rustig huis in een heerlijke omgeving!

Wij verbleven een week in dit prachtige huis met onze kinderen van 1 en 4. Heerlijk ruim huis met een prachtige ruime tuin met vrij uitzicht... In een dorpje gelegen met een bakker en dichtbij een grotere supermarkt. Vlakbij deze Cèze waar je heerlijk kan zwemmen! Kortom een echte aanrader voor een ontspannen vakantie!

Leuke woning in rustige woonwijk.

Leuk huis in rustige woonwijk, hier en daar wat goedkoop opgeknapt. Mooie afgesloten tuin zonder zwembad en WiFi! Iedere nacht een zeer onaangename riool lucht in en om het huis. Verder van alles voorzien. Dorp met bakker en kleine kruidenier, voor een grote supermarkt 8 kilometer rijden. Rivier op 1 kilometer. Aardige eigenaar en leuke buren.
