Great location

The house is perfectly fine for 4 people. Beds are a bit small and mattresses could be harder (for our backs). The pool and surrounding is astonishing! A perfect location to relax and to visit the nearby attractions (nature and villages).

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison parfaite pour notre famille. La piscine est très agréable, la partie coin repas à l’extérieur avec le billard est très chaleureuse pour des soirées animées. La literie est bonne, la cuisine très bien équipée. Bref, nous recommandons vivement.Pensez aux lotions anti moustiques car ils sont très gourmands!!!

In einer schönen Landschaft in einer ruhigen Gegend liegt dieses außergewöhnliche Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Möblierung ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Highlight ist der Pool, direkt morgens aus dem Bett in das angenehm warme Wasser. Mit Pflanzen wird der Gesamteindruck abgerundet. In drei Kilometer Entfernung liegt Barjac, ein hübsches kleines Städtchen mit netten Restaurants und freitags einem Markt. Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Urlaub, Éric als Ansprechpartner war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Eine absolute Empfehlung.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus - klare Empfehlung / Très belle maison de vacances - recommandation claire

Es war ein großartiger Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus - ganz klare Empfehlung und gerne wieder. Eric ist ein freundlicher Gastgeber und Anreise/ Abreise gestalten sich total unkompliziert. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Highlight ist auf jeden Fall der private Pool und der blickgeschützte Aussenbereich / Garten mit Grill. Wir waren als 4-köpfige Familie dort und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank an Eric für alles! Ce fut un excellent séjour dans cette maison de vacances - une recommandation claire et je reviendrais avec plaisir. Eric est un hôte sympathique et l'arrivée/départ est totalement simple. La maison est bien équipée, propre et joliment meublée. Le point culminant est sans aucun doute la piscine privée et l'espace extérieur/jardin protégé contre la vue avec barbecue. Nous y étions en famille de 4 personnes et nous y réserverions à nouveau à tout moment. Merci Éric pour tout !

Dans un cadre très agréable, olie maison moderne, au calme, avec piscine chauffée (le luxe) et douche exterieure. Pas très grande mais elle a tout pour passer des vacances au top. Cuisine toute équipée, chambres plutôt spacieuses (manquerait peut-être une armoire), nous n'avons utilisé que la douche mais elle est très efficace ainsi que son miroir éclairé ! Literie tout à fait correcte. Seul bémol, l'accès au jardin n'est pas direct. Nous serions bien restés une semaine de plus.

Schönes kleines Haus mit Pool

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Kaffeemachine mit Filter und Tassimo sind verfügbar. Der Pool ist genial und wir waren jeden Tag bei 28° schwimmen. Der Vermieter ist nett und unauffällig. Wir konnten sogar unser Hybridauto an der Standard Steckdose laden. Die Liegen sind etwas hart und unbequem. Polster wären sicher hilfreich. Ansonsten aber alles wirklich super.

Wunderschön

Unser Vermieter Eric, war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist perfekt, Haushaltsgeräte alle vorhanden. Der Pool ein Traum. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und ruhig. 3km entfernt ist das Dorf Barjac, wunderschöne Gassen zum Bummeln. 6km entfernt ist das Dorff Montoklus, wir dachten erst es ist eine Burg und waren positiv überrascht wie schön die Gassen sind. Ein kleines Restaurant ist auch dirt. Ich kann dieses Haus nur empfehlen, die Gegend ein Traum. Danke an Eric für deine Gastfreundlichkeit.

Wundervoll!

Wir waren Ende August / Anfang September 2022 für zwei Wochen in Erics Haus in der Nähe von Barjac. Das Haus hat eine große Küche, ein Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt fünf Schlafplätzen und zwei Bäder mit Toiletten. Außerhalb gibt es einen überdachten Essbereich, Darunter auch einen Billardtisch, hat viel Spaß gemacht, und außerhalb einen Pool mit mehreren Liegen und Sitzplätzen. Es handelt sich um ein abgeschlossenes Grundstück, welches man alleine nutzt, und auf dem man mit seinem Auto parken kann. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, bis hin zu Ventilator, Brotmesser und Kartoffelschäler, wenn man ihn benötigt. Man kann wirklich kochen wie zu Hause, ohne irgendetwas zu vermissen. Man muss nichts mitnehmen. Es wohnt sich darin super-toll, es hat Spaß gemacht abends am Pool zu sitzen oder im Pool zu toben, die Wassertemperatur des beheizten Pools lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Es tat gut bei den warmen Temperaturen einen Pool zur Verfügung zu haben! Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielen lieben Dank an Eric, wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen Dein Haus ohne Einschränkungen! Darüber hinaus bietet auch die Umgebung sehr viel, wir waren öfter bei "Le Vieux Clocher" im Restaurant, in der Grotte de la Salamandre, Kanu fahren auf der Ardèche, SUP-Paddeln auf der Cèze, auf dem Markt in Barjac … Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub! Danke Eric!

Un vrai cocon pour les vacances avec nos deux enfants et nos deux chiens. Accueil avec une petite bouteille de rosé local, fort appréciée 😋 Maison très agréable; parfaitement équipée. Campagne environnante luxuriante avec un plaisir olfactif des champs de lavandin, thym et romarin sauvage De bons moments partagés avec des parties de billard disputées. Super piscine chauffée. Jardin arboré parfaitement entretenu. Beau point de vue pour les astrophotographes. S'il faut relever le négatif jute deux petits délais à ennoncer: - une vieille odeur de tabac froid vite oublié après aération. - la rencontre avec les insectes locaux plus ou moins bien installés (araignées, coléoptères, guêpes, moustiques...) Bilan du séjour plus que positif 🤩 Je conseille +++
