Agréable maison de vacances pour famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison située au calme ( nous avons bien apprécié le grand terrain) et très fonctionnelle . Tout est fait pour répondre aux besoins d'une famille et la plage de Kernevest est facilement accessible à pied.

Grand terrain et maison agréable

La maison est très bien placée, environnement très calme. Il manque néanmoins clairement le wifi surtout avec des enfants et il n’y a qu’un très faible réseau dans la maison. Le ménage était très succinct (société de nettoyage débordée…), les parasols cassés et la balançoire enfant menace de tomber mais le reste des prestations est très bien.

Bocage de saint philibert

Excellent séjour dans le calme du bocage de saint philibert et tout près des plages. Maison confortable avec tout le nécessaire. Je recommande !

Le calme absolu

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison très bien aménagée pour 2 familles avec 4 enfants au total. Les plages, le bourg, le centre de voile et le terrain de loisirs (terrain de tennis, basket, foot, et autres) sont tous accessibles à pied, un vrai bonheur. La maison est très fonctionnelle et le très grand jardin, un espace de jeux idéal pour nos enfants. En bref un cadre difficile de quitter!

Week-end entre amis

Nous avons passé un weekend de 3 jours (we de Pentecôte) dans cette propriété, 6 adultes, 2 enfants, et 2 bébés. La description du logement est conforme, la maison était propre et les modalités d'accueil très claires. Malheureusement, le niveau d'équipement mobilier n'est pas en adéquation avec le nombre de couchage (table de cuisine et jardin pour 6 personnes, salon idem, petits canapés). Nous avons regretté que la pelouse ne soit pas tondue (jusqu'à 30-40 cm d'herbe), notamment pour les enfants (difficile de jouer au ballon dans ces conditions). Les jeux pour enfants figurant sur la photo n'étaient pas installés. La grille du barbecue n'avait pas été nettoyée. La cuisine est bien équipée. L'emplacement est très bien, avec la plage (très agréable) accessible à pied, au bout d'un chemin sympathique. Le lieu est bien placé, pas de vis à vis, pas de voisins directs. Attention, comme précisé dans l'annonce il n'y a pas de wifi, et tous les réseaux ne passent pas forcément dans la maison.

Alles gut!

Großes, spartanisch eingerichtetes Haus. Küche ist ausgezeichnet bestückt mit allem was man braucht. Das Grundstück ist riesig und das Meer und ein Stück Strand sind in Fußnähe. Die Umgebung ist zauberhaft. Perfekt für eine Familie mit vielen Kindern!

Bonne semaine dans le Morbihan avec cette location bien située

Maison très bien équipée pour le séjour, barbecue,transats,jeux,vaisselle pour un grand nombre. Il manque seulement une terrasse qui éviterait de rentrer des cailloux dans la maison à chaque sortie dans ce très grand jardin

Agréable séjour au calme et proche des plages

Très agréable séjour dans cette maison au calme absolu - sans nuisance Maison bien équipée - propre - literie de qualité - Propriétaire sérieux et à l'écoute Décoration un peu obsolète dans le salon et la cuisine mais propre. Sentiers de marche et VTT à la sortie de la propriété. Plages à quelques minutes en vélo par les sentiers.
