Great Spot close to Old Town

Visit scottsdale every year for family trip. This house is a great location as it is close to downtown Scottsdale. The back yard could be a bit bigger but all and all a great house!

Great Base for Spring Training Games

Great location and property. Very quiet which we appreciated as we've gotten older. Perfect for 4 longtime friends to get together to attend ballgames for 6 days. Loved the layout, everyone had plenty of space and it was very relaxing when we weren't at ball parks. great central location.

Great Location!

Girls trip to Scottsdale was great! This house was in an awesome location. Groceries, restaurants and shopping all within 5-10 minutes. In a good neighborhood where we felt safe going on morning walks. 35 minute drive to Sonoran Reserve for a scenic hike. Host was helpful and responsive.

Needs a deep clean

It was a decent place but the couch and chairs were so dirty. The rug was also filthy. We kept socks on the whole time because our feet were black if not. The walls were very dirty too. The place needed a deep clean. Too much money for a dirty place I must say.

Nice house with multiple sleeping options

This was a great house for our extended family with multiple beds in each room (except primary) so we didn't need to share beds. Large common space able to accommodate all 6-7 of us. Quiet neighborhood with many shops and activities (hike/walks) nearby. Cleaning crew could do a better job. Floors were dirty and snack crumbs under coffee table. Dishwasher was full and we assumed clean. Sparse towels until I looked in the dryer on day 2 and found a load of clean linens, thankfully. These things should have been set up prior to our arrival. Pool is only heated at an extra cost. This is listed in property description, but should be as an asterisk after the listing ie. Flawless Old Town Scottsdale Home with Heated Pool* * pool heating costs are extra Spacious refrigerator & lots of counter space. We did not try to prepare meals so cannot speak to cooking set-up. Overall, this house worked well for our extended weekend stay.

Convenient location

I was unable to give 5 starts due to a few issues we had while staying. I will start out by saying that I have never given less than five stars for any of our stays so I regret having to. Our first issue was a load of wet towels in the dryer. The master bath has such significant water damage, so much that the ceiling is flaking onto the floor, not very comforting to have that fall on you. We tried to cook one morning but could only find a dirty pan, we tried cleaning it but it really needs replaced. This was not a kitchen you could do much cooking in. We thought it was strange that we had half used toilet paper instead a full rolls stocked for enough people but maybe that is just a bonus I have received at our other places we have stayed. Finally, the pool was not operating properly when we arrived. It appeared to have a plugged filter. This was disappointing however when I reached out, the Gentleman who takes care of pool maintenance was there within the hour and very helpful. From that point on the pool was working perfectly. I would just say, this place is ready for some TLC and some repairs. Overall I would say that this is a great place for a group of men to stay with minimal expectations. In my opinion it is just not as accommodating for a family.

golf getaway

Great central location, played 3 different courses and the house was within 20 minutes of all of them and the airport. Evan Spiegel was our host and he made the whole process easy. Property was clean, comfortable and the perfect size for a 4 some. Great dining within minutes of the home.

Worth the stay

Everything about the add is accurate. Very nice house, beautiful kitchen and great pool. The problem we had was with garbage left behind in the recycling bin. We contacted the manager about it but it remained there until we left. We had to leave our recycling in the kitchen. The oven was very dirty and one knob for the stovetop did not work. Too bad because the house is really great!

Spent a long weekend here for spring training. The house is perfect - appears newly renovated, comfortable bedrooms, great common space, functional and well apportioned kitchen, excellent outdoor space with pool, covered seating area and grill. Convenient location to all that Scottsdale has to offer. Will stay here again when we have the chance!

Family Vacation

Clean, well stocked home. Very comfortable, relaxing, in quiet neighborhood. We had eight adults & 2 kids, We had plenty of room for everyone. We did not rent a car. Easy walk to the trolley. Lyft was readily available. Evan was extremely easy to contact. He was quick to respond when we had an issue with the pool. Would definitely stay here again.
