Very beautiful villa in the heart of the alpilles park with private and secure swimming pool, not overlooked. Ideally located 1 min walk from the village center and all amenities, 10 min from Saint Rémy de Provence, 15 min from Arles and Avignon TGV. Large living room with beautiful volumes, living room with fully equipped open kitchen, utility room with washing machine.
On the ground floor: a WC, two bedrooms each with their own bathroom (2 160x200 beds)
Upstairs: a bathroom with WC and two bedrooms (1 140x190 bed and 2 90x190 beds possibility of adding an extra bed for one person).
Air conditioning, bed and bath linen provided.
Baby equipment available on site (bed, bath, potty, changing table and high chair)

Agréable séjour !Les propriétaires ont été adorables et d’une réactivité exemplaire à chacune de nos questions. Le logement est totalement conforme à l’annonce : un bel espace de vie, de nombreuses chambres et salles de bains, le tout impeccable à notre arrivée. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la piscine et le calme discret de l’emplacement dans la commune. Franchement, rien à redire… sauf si l’on veut vraiment chercher la petite bête. Et celle-ci, on l’a trouvée : le moustique ! Quelques moustiquaires seraient un petit plus, mais ce n’est qu’un détail.Je recommande vivement !

Wir (4 Erwachsene und 2 Jugendliche) haben eine Woche Urlaub in dem Haus gemacht.Das Haus hat alles, was man benötigt und ist sehr gut aufgeteilt. Es hat drei Duschen und zwei Toiletten. Es kann sehr gut als Unterkunft für zwei befreundete Familien dienen. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass es auch Spaß macht, sich selbst zu verpflegen. Die Terrasse bietet auch genügend Platz für eine größere Gruppe. Der Pool hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen und man konnte auch mal einen Pool-Tag genießen.Der Ort Saint Etienne du Gres ist sehr ruhig. Man sollte sich darauf einstellen, dass man mit dem Auto die Gegend erkunden und auch die Einkäufe erledigen muss. Anschließend können wir sagen, dass uns die Unterkunft sehr gut gefiel und wir wieder kommen würden!

Avec mes amies venues de l'étranger, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa à St Étienne du Grès. La villa est confortable , dotée d' une belle terrasse et une piscine agréable, et une cuisine très bien équipée . La villa est située dans un quartier calme et est un bon point de départ pour découvrir la Provence . La propriétaire est bienveillante et à été très réactive . Nous recommandons cette location

Ein sehr tolles Haus

Ein tolles Haus mit Pool. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Perfekt für 8 Personen. Auch an eine Spieleecke für kleinere Kinder würde gedacht. Für Ausflüge nach Arles, Avignon, Nîmes und St. Rémy de Provence ist es perfekt gelegen. Wir haben unsere Homebase sehr genossen. Mit dem Haus macht man alles richtig.

Villégiature idéale pour visiter La Provence

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement géographique permettant d'élargir nos visites. La maison est parfaitement équipée, propre, l'hôte est accueillante et très agréable. L'espace de vie, les 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain ainsi que la terrasse et la piscine permettent de vivre aisément sans être l'un sur l'autre.
