Awesome home. Couldn’t have been happier. House was amazing. Well equipped with all the essentials. Hot tub and outside fire pit were a hit. Also kitchen was amazing and made entertainment fun.Location and views were incredible.

Amazing home and a perfect stay!

This is our second time staying at this property and we absolutely love it! Both times we have brought our young children (under 5 years old) as well as extended family. There’s plenty of space for everyone and it’s a short drive to Deer Valley, Park City Mtn, and Main Street!

We stayed for a few weeks with both sides of our family and everybody of all ages loved the house! It is a beautifully crafted and furnished home, everything was great quality! All of the beds are super comfortable and they were lots of extra towels, etc.. There was a ton of great cooking tools, which was helpful for us because we made most of our meals. We loved going in the hot tub and using the fire pit. We would definitely stay here again.

A perfect stay

This is a beautiful home. Spotlessly clean, attractively-furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly want. Fantastic views of the valley and mountains. The Promontory community is amazing, and the owner was instantly responsive when we had a couple of mid-stay questions. Our stay could not have been better.

Wonderful!

We had a fantastic time at Laurie’s house in Park City and Promontory Village! The home was well-equipped and perfect for our group, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Laurie was incredibly responsive to all of my questions both before arrival and during our visit. The hot tub was a great bonus, and we loved watching the mule deer right outside. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful home

This home was designed for luxurious accommodation of a multigenerational family or multifamily set up with three beautiful master suites with king beds, and private bathrooms in addition to a bedroom with two twin beds and another multi bunk bedroom for children.The kitchen was fantastic with two refrigerators and all the appliances/utensils necessary for your stay. In addition, there was a game room and outside patio with Jacuzzi, all in excellent condition.My only reservation was a steep, curved driveway leading down to the property which required shoveling/rock salt and an all wheel drive vehicle during ski season.Otherwise, we had a wonderful day at this property.

Best promontory home!

I took a group of ladies for my 60th for shopping, Mahjong 🀄️🀄️🀄️, and a lot of fun! This home is decorated beautifully, and I believe anyone would like their taste! We took a group photo on the balcony as the views are so spectacular! The home is comfortable, beautifully appointed, and it says if you had walked into your own vacation home!!!! The owner and managers are responsive although we did not have any issues the whole check in process was amazingly easy!! We had a catered dinner there one night, and the owner has all serving pieces you could imagine! The downstairs has an incredible game room, which made us wish we had all brought kids with us!!! You or your family will love this home!!!!! We look forward to renting this home again!!! it is completely five star all the way around!!!!!

Perfect Girls trip getaway

Love this house! Fit all 11 of us ladies perfectly. From the gourmet kitchen to the Sonos whole house sound- everything felt lux yet simple and accessible. The fireplaces and hot tub were put to use over our snowy weekend. We were all impressed with the decor, all the cool and comfy spots to sit and lounge, the fabulous art, and the great collection of coffee table books. Laurie was incredibly responsive and helpful with every question I could think up. Big fan of her. Also, even in the winter wonderland, the Promontory grounds were beautiful to stroll around and the views are stunning all around. Excited for the next opportunity to stay at this wonderful home.

Excellent home and experience!

We have stayed here a couple times and could not be happier. The home is spacious and very clean. The location could not be better for Promontory’s amenities, as it is just a short walk to the Dye course, Village, and Shed. Also, Laurie is very easy to work with. Definitely highly recommend!

Amazing Park City Getaway!

We had such an incredible time here! The house was perfect for our multi-generational family gathering and such a special place to get everyone together. The location is absolutely stunning and the house has tons of space for everyone. Would definitely book this again next time we want to travel to Park City!

Yearly Family Ski Trip

We visit PC every year for a big family ski trip and have stayed at several different rentals. This was bar far the best experience we have had and could not rant and rave about it more. We had the best time and were so thankful to have found this home!

Perfect house for a girlfriends trip

A group of old friends stayed together for 4 nights at Laurie's home and it was absolutely perfect! The house is beautiful, spacious, has incredible scenery and the hot tub is the perfect way to relax after skiing. 5 out of 5 stars :)

Beautiful mountain home

We had the best ski trip. This home was so comfortable. Everyone had their own space and the living areas were large enough for everyone to be together and still felt cozy. Great location. Close enough to drive into town and to the mountains to ski but far enough from the city to truly unwind and relax. Laurie is the best hostess! She was helpful and friendly and was quick to respond with any questions we had. We will be back soon!:)

Wonderful property for families!

Everything at the property was top notch! We truly enjoyed our stay and we look forward to going back. The property is in an exclusive community that was beautiful. It is out of the busy areas of downtown but close enough to everything! We loved cooking and having family time after a long day on the slopes! The property had every amenity!
