-We take your health and safety very seriously! Deep cleaning procedures after every check-out. Anyone that enters the home to prepare for guests wears a surgical mask. All surfaces wiped with appropriate chemicals after deep-clean takes place!
-Location, location, location! The home is conveniently located just a 2-minute drive ( .25 mile) from Deer Valley's Main Lifts (Snow Park)!
-1.5 miles from Park City Mountain Ski Resort (Main St town lift).
-Access to public transportation: There is a short walk ( 5 minutes- without ski boots) to the free city bus that goes to Main Street.)

The home has five very well-furnished bedrooms (two bedrooms with king beds, two bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom with two pairs of bunk beds). The three master bedrooms on the main and upper floors all have en-suite bathrooms. The lower-level bunk room and queen bedroom share a full bathroom and a half-bath. There are 6 bathrooms (4 full and 2 half bathrooms). The home will easily accommodate 12 people.

Perfect Ski House

The property was everything we could have wanted. Ample space for the kids to run around. Open kitchen with a large island and plenty of room to get a lot of meals ready at the same time. Large relaxing common area for evenings. And the hot tub and sauna were perfect for relaxation and recovery. Would absolutely recommend.

Wonderful stay - beautiful home!

We had a wonderful time in Deer Valley. The home is gorgeous and has all the high end finishes and wonderful comforts. We had two young children (4 and 6) and the house was perfect, the bunk beds were a particular hit. Highly recommend!

This house had all we needed for a wonderful ski vacation for our large family and friends. The location and use of the ski shuttle is fantastic just minutes from Deer Valley. The property managers were incredibly responsive and helpful during our stay. The bunk room for the kids is great, two washers and dryers is so helpful for a ski vacation!

We had a great time in Deer Valley - the house is perfect for a large group, we had three families gathered under one roof and we were not short on space. The kids stayed entertained with the hot tub, the shuffleboard, and especially the foosball table. Simon and Tabitha, the house care takers, were great and easily reachable. Location wise, it is just a short drive to the parking lots. Thank you for a great stay!

If you are looking for a house close to the slopes and perfect for the daily or your group... look no further. This home is all you are looking for and more. It offers all the advertised accommodations and more charm than you can imagine. We were greeted by a lovely array of snacks and an amazing well lit large room. There was ample parking, it was super convenient to make it to the slopes and to park city. Highly recommended!!!

Lots of space and lots of fun

We stayed at this house while celebrating my husband's 40th birthday. There was a ton of room for everyone, and I liked that there were 2 bedrooms on the bottom floor, one on the main level and 2 on the upper level. It was nice to have everyone spread out a little. The shuffleboard got a workout on the trip; and one night after a long day skiing, we just decided to stay in for dinner and play foosball, shuffleboard and watch a movie. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Family Ski Vacation

The house is perfect! It was the most well-appointed rental home we’ve stayed in. The kids appreciated the foosball game, shuffleboard Table, and selection of board games. The house slept our party of 12 (8 adults, 4 kids) so comfortably we didn’t want to leave. Enough plates and glasses for everyone, and any kitchen gadget you would hope for. The free shuttle to the slopes made mornings super easy. We would return in a heartbeat.

Amazing mountain getaway!

It's tough to compare what's better- Utah skiing, or this property. It certainly was the cherry on top of an incredible trip to the Park City area. Rooms and furnishings were even better than the pictures - spotless throughout, top notch decor, furnishings and 'essentials' were all in great condition and well thought-out. The property managers are VERY helpful and accommodating- they made us feel very welcome and helped with a number of questions/requests. The location is extremely convenient to Deer Valley, and very easy to reach downtown Park City. We can't wait to return to this spectacular spot!

Great house in a great location!

We were three families sharing the house. Upon arrival, we found that this spacious accommodation was well stocked, clean and comfortable. The games, puzzles, shuffleboard table and fussball kept us entertained. The Deer Valley Signature shuttle picked us up directly in front of the house and returned us to the same spot after three great days of skiing. The Brass Tag restaurant just down the street is a good place for a quick meal, and the adjacent mini-store has a small supply of ‘staples’ like wine and cheese. Would highly recommend staying here!

Awesome Deer Valley House

We have rented many places in DV but this one checks all the 5 Star boxes! The house is newly renovated with top quality furniture, appliances, TV’s, etc. Very comfortable. Amenities like sauna, hot tub, foosball, shuffle board, 2 laundry area’s and being on the FREE shuttle that stops at the front door ( think FREE UBER). The managers Tabitha and Simon were very helpful before we arrived providing all the necessary information as well as reminding us of things like garbage day, etc. We couldn’t be more pleased.

Wonderful VRBO!

This is an exceptional house and was perfect for our family vacation! The layout was great and the house was well furnished. The kitchen was fully stocked for family dinners and we enjoyed the large dining table. The air conditioning was a bonus for warm summer days. The kids and adults enjoyed the jacuzzi and outdoor seating area. The board games, foosball table and shuffleboard were nice. The owners were very helpful and responsive. The location was perfect - close to the Deer Valley base and a short drive to Main Street. There were also trails for hiking and biking located just behind the house. This VRBO exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you to Tabitha and Simon for the welcome gift, handwritten note, and recommendations!
