Located in the sought after village of VILLEMOUSTAUSSOU and all its amenities, 5 km from the center of Carcassonne and 5 minutes from the entrance of the city, this nice 2 rooms of 50m², is located on the 2nd and last floor, without vis-à -vis, elegant and recent secure residence.
After crossing the entrance equipped with a closet, the living room opens onto a balcony of 6m to the free view of the countryside and the village.
The open kitchen is modern, functional and very well equipped; it is attached to a utility room where the washing machine is installed.
The room, bright, has a large closet and a bed 2 very comfortable seats. The bathroom offers a single vanity unit and a heated towel rail. The toilets are independent

Idéal pour visiter Carcassone et sa région.
Cet appartement est idéal pour visiter Carcassonne et sa région. Il est situé à Villemoustaussou à quelques kilomètres au nord de Carcassonne et près du village. Quelques minutes en automobile pour se rendre à Carcassonne et on peut accéder très rapidement au village de Villemoustaussou avec ses commerces de proximité notamment des boulangeries et une boucherie que nous recommandons fortement. À partir de l'appartement il est facile de visiter la région et d'accéder à des commerces de grande surface. Il possède un parking privatif sécurisé.
L'appartement pour deux personnes est propre, calme, sécuritaire, confortable et possède tous les équipements nécessaires. Il est tout à fait conforme à la description. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire. Idéal pour deux personnes qui veulent résider dans un endroit calme et avoir accès à pied à des commerces de proximité et en même temps être à quelques minutes de Carcassonne et des autoroutes.
Nous n'hésiterons pas à le recommander et à y retourner si nous visitons de nouveau la région.

Très bel et charmant appartement
Très bien équipé,idéalement situé au calme dans une propriété sécurisée près de toutes commodités et de nombreux commerces, à 5 minutes de Carcassonne et au centre d'une très belle région. Bref à recommander .
