TRISTANT 115- Luxury Townhome, Mountain Village, Easy Ski Access, Gym & Hot Tub

Tristant 115, also known as Casita Vista Gigante (home with the giant view), boasts one of the most magnificent balcony views in either Mountain Village or Telluride.

This four-bedroom residence offers excellent ski access via funicular to the Village Bypass ski run, vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, mountain views from every window, a private hot tub, a ski storage area, and a gym.

The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, a Keurig and a Cuisinart drip coffee maker, and a Big Green Egg grill on the deck off of the living space.

Flat-screen TVs are featured in the entertainment area as well as every bedroom. The primary suite has a king-size bed and an en suite bath with a steam shower and oversized jetted tub. The guest primary suite also has a king-size bed and a private bath with a glass steam shower. Additional guest rooms feature two twins each, en suite baths with a glass shower, and large balconies. There is also a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer on this level.

Located on the basement level, is a recently constructed gym with equipment and a TV and sound system.

Whether guests are planning a winter or summer getaway, Tristant 115 offers a convenient location and luxury amenities to maximize the Telluride experience.

Well equipped Kitchen and Laundry Room. Having a Hot Tub and Exercise Room/Gym was indeed an extra bonus. The views were PRICELESS!

Exceptional Stays as very responsive to any questions I had prior to my arrival and during stay. Only challenge we had is the pathway to hot tub was not adequately cleared. A few days there was ice on it, and one I did fall. Overall a great location and accommodations

We enjoyed our stay very much. Plenty of space for family to spread out around the home. Kitchen area was excellent, access to amenities was easy. The decorative choices might be a touch on the darker side for some. Statues and Artwork around might consider rethinking for some family members. Overall excellent value for the area. Thanks Again!

Beautiful views and great home

Overall we loved this place! Well appointed and spectacular view of mountain village. All were very comfortable and it was well maintained and clean. Skiing out is easy as it’s just a short downhill to the ski run. Our only disappointment was that the fernicular was broken so we had to catch the dial a ride at the end of the day but it was super easy and management took care of us for the unexpected outage. Rent this place!

Excellent Stay in Telluride

Just a terrific house for our group of 7. The beds were comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The pictures do not do justice to the view of the San Juan mountains. The house was impeccably cleaned and the kitchen well stocked with all necessary cooking supplies. From a location perspective, the house is within walking distance of the Village Market and the Gondola, but given the curvy mountain roads and the lack of sidewalks, it is better to just make the 2-minute drive and park for free at the gondola garage. The funicular was inoperable during our stay which required a short 5-minute walk to the Village Bypass run but it was still convenient enough for our group. All-in-all, one of our favorite VRBO experiences. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Telluride.

Wow!!! Just Wow!!!

We used the property for a wedding event in the Telluride area as the Aspen had nearly turned completely. Checkin: flawless and communication to access the property was timely and accurate. Property: The view is picturesque and especially when the aspens are turning with a little snow on the mountains. You can’t describe it so I won’t even try. The layout of the property was well thought out with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. Master bath has a jetted tub and a steam shower. The furnishings made the property unique and overall very comfortable. Kitchen appliances are top of the line for food prep. The proximity of the market and gondola down the hill really make this a desirable location. Overall, if you are looking for a 4 bedroom property with a spectacular view and convenient location this is it.

We had a great time. Property was neat, clean and well appointed. One downside is that we did not get information from Exceptional stays on the area until 2-3 weeks before our stay and most places that took reservations were already booked.

Vista Gigantic Views

This was an incredible property throughout. The views are breathtaking. The master bathroom shower is the best steam shower I’ve ever used. The community is easy to find with places to eat and shop! Our only criticism is the mattresses in both bedrooms upstairs were really uncomfortable. They sunk in so far in the middle both of our backs hurt. If they updated the mattresses, it would be absolutely perfect!
