A 15 heure samedi, heure de remise des clés, j’appela la propriétaire pour qu’elle nous les remette. N’arrivant pas à la joindre, je contactai le service Abritel. La propriétaire nous rappela une heure après. Elle m’indiqua m’avoir envoyé un bon de réservation avec toute la procédure à suivre pour la remise des clés. Je lui indiquai ne pas avoir reçu le bon de réservation ou qu’il s’était possiblement glissé dans mes courriers indésirables. Au lieu de prendre en considération ma bonne foi et de me le renvoyer, la propriétaire persista à me prouver par A + B que le bon de réservation m’avait bien été adressé. Même si je ne remets pas en question ma responsabilité pour ne pas avoir vérifié la bonne réception de ce bon de réservation, je trouve néanmoins regrettable le manque d’altruisme et de bon sens de la propriétaire. Je vous conseille de vérifier la bonne réception de ce bon de réservation (Attention à ne pas confondre avec la confirmation Abritel). Un tiers devait me remettre les clés. Je le contactai, celui-ci n’était même pas au courant de notre arrivée. Je voyage beaucoup et réserve tous les mois sur Abritel ou des plates-formes concurrentes, je n'ai jamais eu de problèmes. Concernant le logement, il est très bien placé et propre. Néanmoins les équipements sont sommaires (pas de draps, pas de serviettes, pas de sèche-cheveux...). Je ne réitérerai pas l'expérience avec ce logement.

Un studio très pratique et très bien situé (5 mn du centre ville et de la plage), avec place de parking. Un de très bon accueil de la gérante, des réponse par mail ou sms rapides. La résidence est calme, nous avons bien profité de ces quelques jours. A recommander. Florence et ses enfants.
