In a luxury residence, the former PLM palace in Combloux, in Haute-Savoie, your 2-room rental - 2/4 people awaits you.
An apartment that harmoniously combines the old - 1930s style - and the modern.
In winter as in summer, you will fall under the charm of this village, the "pearl of Mont-Blanc". At the entrance of the village, located on the 2nd floor with elevator of a building of very good standing, a historic residence, facing South-West with a view of the Aravis range, this apartment of 43 m2, two balconies (road side) , was redone in spring 2016. It thus benefits from all modern facilities while keeping a cozy style.

The residence has an elevator.
For skiers, the free shuttle stops 300 m from the residence. A ski room (or bicycle storage room outside of winter) is available.
A games room with table tennis and table football is available on the ground floor of the residence.
The residence is guarded by a concierge. Closed outdoor parking.
Non smoking rental. Pets not allowed. No disabled access.
Small table and two chairs on the living room balcony overlooking the Aravis.
Two deckchairs are at your disposal to enjoy, in the very large park with trees and flowers, the tranquility and the exceptional decor offered by Mont-Blanc.
Outdoor games for children. Tennis (book the court with the concierge).
The rental is in principle from Saturday (arrival after 4 p.m.) to Saturday (departure before 10 a.m.). The availabilities below operate on this basis.

Apartamento coqueto, acogedor, limpio y muy luminoso, dotado con todo lo necesario para una agradable estancia. El edificio es una joya arquitectónica, el entorno fabuloso, con una piscina natural a escasos 2 minutos a pie, a 5 minutos de comercios y zonas de restauración. El trato con el propietario perfecto, muy atento y servicial y con la mujer que se encarga de la gestión ( Denise) , inmejorable: mujer amable, servicial y muy profesional. Apartamento recomendable al 100%. Relación calidad/precio estupendo ,Sin duda será mi primera elección el verano que viene

La belle Epoque revue au goût du jour

L'appartement situé dans l'ancien hôtel du PLM, permet de goûter un peu au charme d'un palace avec ses escaliers et couloirs monumentaux. La chambre est une parfaite illustration de ce temps ou l'espace faisait partie du quotidien. La cuisine et le séjour sont plus représentatifs de ce qui se fait aujourd'hui, mais l'équipement est complet et la décoration sympathique, de belles photos de montagne prises par Mr CARDONA montrent la beauté de la région. Idéalement placé par rapport au village et au centre nautique de Combloux, l'appartement souffre un peu de son orientation et de la proximité de la route qui monte de Sallanches à Mégève bruyante et très fréquentée le jour; la nuit le trafic est pratiquement inexistant . Les fenêtres sous condition d'être fermées résolvent parfaitement le problème. Rien ne manque à l'intérieur de l’appartement, jeux de société, lectures de tout ordre, télévision, lecteur de DVD avec un large choix de DVD, mini chaîne. Dans le sous-sol, il y a une salle de jeux avec tables de ping-pong et baby-foot. Le parking fermé est assez grand avec toujours des places de disponibles. Mr CARDONA est très affable et très réactif dès qu'on le contact. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et si Mr CARDONA le veut nous reviendrons probablement. A. COHAS

Séjour très agréable à Combloux dans cet appartement refait a neuf, très bien équipé bien chauffé et dont la situation est idéale tout près du centre village et de la navette gràtuite pour monter aux stations de ski. Il dispose d'un parking privé et d'une salle de jeux (appréciable après le ski ou par mauvais temps). Location que nous serions prêts à revenir sans hésitation

Un lieu de vacances idéal

Appartement idéalement situé à Combloux, confortable et cosy. L'appartement est situé à proximité immédiate du centre du village typiquement savoyard. Grâce à une navette gratuite il est possible de rejoindre les pistes en 15 minutes. L'appartement est facile d'accès et la route toujours déneigée. Situé dans une résidence style années 20, l'appartement est confortable et joliment décoré. La cuisine est équipée et permet de se faire un vrai repas. Plusieurs restaurants sont également situés à quelques minutes à pieds. En plus, on voit la chaîne des Aravis depuis le balcon !

L'appartement est situé dans un magnifique établissement, entouré d'un parc et ayant la vue sur le Mont Blanc. Quand nous sommes arrivés, les propriétaires avaient laissé de petites attentions et tout était comme sur les photos. Le salon et la cuisine sont très bien équipés et la chambre est très spacieuse. Tout était très propre et très bien entretenu. Ça a été un réel plaisir de passer une semaine dans ce très bel appartement. De plus, les propriétaires et la personnes qui nous a reçu ont été présents et à notre écoute. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!

L'appartement est agréablement situé à 2 pas du centre ville de Combloux dans une résidence très calme. L'appartement est très bien équipé et nous n'avons manqué de rien ! Nous avons apprécié également la mise à disposition de luges car le terrain situé derrière la résidence s'y prête bien. Il y a de très nombreux rangements et la chambre est au calme. La salle de douche n'est pas très grande. Le séjour ne possède pas de double-fenêtre, la circulation étant très importante, il y a un bruit de fond quand on dort.
