BEAUTIFUL APT RENOVATED VIEW ON THE MOUNTAIN SKI ON FOOT IN SAINT GERVAIS LES BAINS

This apartment is located in Saint Gervais les Bains at Mont Saint Joly in the residence l'aiguille du midi ideal for 6 people. A ski slope at the foot of the apartment joins the gondolas, so you can leave and return to the ski-in ski-out apartment. You will have the free shuttle bus to 200m that drops you off the slopes. Close to both the City of St. Gervais and ski resorts, you will enjoy many summer and winter activities and many restaurants open all year, as well as the spa.
It consists of a bedroom with double bed and a TV.
Entrance composed of 2 bunk beds
Kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, coffee maker Dolce Gusto, washing machine, dishwasher, and all the necessary kitchen.
Living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a dining area, a TV and a balcony
Bathroom composed of a vanity unit, a shower and a toilet.
Regarding the stays of curists (3 weeks) do not hesitate to contact us the price is different.
A person is in charge of the keys on the day of arrival and the day of departure with the inventory. This person will ask a deposit of 250 € which will be given to you upon your departure.
Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.

Nous avons passés un trÚs bon séjour !!!TrÚs bon accueil, logement trÚs bien situé avec vue sur la montagne . Propre, équipé, pratique et calme, il ne manque rien.Nous étions 2 adultes et 3 enfants. Idéal pour une famille de 5 à 6 personnes. Parking privé. L'annonce est conforme à la description. Tout à proximité, petits commerces, restaurants, magasins de location de matériel et tout autres commodités dans un village atypique.Les commerçants sont accueillants et agréables. Petit plus, une piste de skis à quelques pas du logement pour descendre aux télécabines. Une trÚs belle station, de belles descentes pour passer de trÚs bons moments. L'hÎte est trÚs agréable, disponible et toujours aux petits soins !!!Tout était parfait. Nous recommandons à 200%.Merci à CharlÚne !!!

D'agréables vacances.

Le logement était agréable et propre. Il faut penser à apporter ses draps et serviettes. Une piste est accessible depuis le logement mais c'est une piste rouge. Navette toutes les heures et Saint Gervais est idéal pour les familles. La vue du logement est spectaculaire.

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans cet appartement refait Ă  neuf ! Petit coup de cƓur pour la salle de bain ! Juste 2 petits bĂ©mols, nous n'avions pas fait attention, mais le lit de la chambre a un cadre de lit, compliquĂ© d'y dormir quand on fait 1m95... De plus, l'appartement est tellement bien Ă©quipĂ© (on ne manque de rien) qu'il y a trĂšs peu de place pour ranger nos affaires dans les placards occupĂ©s notamment par les couettes (ce qui n'est donc pas un problĂšme l'hiver quand on les utilise). L'appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ© pour randonner. St Gervais est un village de montagne trĂšs sympa et animĂ© en Ă©tĂ©.

Appartement bien situĂ© entre piste de retour (rouge pour skieurs aguerris) et arrĂȘt de bus gratuit permettant l'accĂšs au domaine skiable (bus peu frĂ©quents). Les Ă©quipements de l’apparemment sont nombreux et en bon Ă©tat, tel que dĂ©crits dans l'annonce. ProcĂ©dures d'arrivĂ©e et de dĂ©part pratiques. Je recommande d'emporter de bonnes pantoufles ou chaussures d'intĂ©rieur car mĂȘme si l'appartement est bien chauffĂ©, le sol reste froid.

Appartement trĂšs sympa et propre, avec une annonce conforme au lieu. L’arrivĂ©e et le dĂ©part se passe trĂšs bien. Le seul petit bĂ©mol porte sur le parking mal calibrĂ© et mal compartimentĂ©, si vous arrivez aprĂšs 18 heures, il n’y a plus de place, et les locaux sont assez dĂ©sagrĂ©ables envers les locataires sur ce sujet. Pas de rĂ©seaux si vous ĂȘtes chez Orange. TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour au global !

Tres bien aménagé

Nous avons passe un agreable séjour dans cet appartement. Nous etions deux adultes, deux ados, et deux enfants en bas ùges (4 ans ) Nous ne pouvions pas utiliser la piste rouge qui mene directement a l.appartement ( pas suffisamment de neige) mais le bettex est tres accessible en voiture a moins de 5 mins. Adresse que nous retenons pour un prochain sejour.

L' appartement est bien situĂ© lors des saisons d 'hiver car il est situĂ© Ă  cĂŽtĂ© des pistes ce qui permet de rentrer Ă  skis. NĂ©anmoins le centre ville est assez Ă©loignĂ© et nĂ©cessite d'ĂȘtre vĂ©hiculĂ© (voiture ou vĂ©lo electrique). La vue est magnifique du balcon et du rez de jardin. Cet appartement est idĂ©al pour un couple avec 1 enfant voire 2.
