lovely holiday home in tip of the Médoc 15 km from the ocean

Rent pleasant house Médocaine entirely renovated, 80m ² any comfort on a ground closed and shaded of 400m ² with private carpark, with small vegetable garden which you will be able to taste vegetables of season organic, in a small calm village between estuary and ocean. Shops at 5km, (but a small grocery store with bread deposit 1 km in the village), sandy beaches. Many cycling, equestrian centers, vineyards and Chateaux of the Medoc, Bordeaux to 70 km.
Activities: Every morning very large market of Montalivet, typical and colorful, you will find handicrafts, tasting oysters, etc.
Small ports typical of the estuary, marina of the Verdon, excursions to visit the lighthouse of Cordouan or for a tour of the estuary, 1 service of ferries fluvial between the Pointe de Grave and Royan in charente maritime. Magnificent Palmyre Zoo.
Visit the church of Soulac.
Airfield which offers flights exploring the area and parachute jumps.
Hot air balloon rides.
Paintball.
Surf lessons.
House equipped for 5 pers.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Der schattige Platz im Garten ist herrlich, auch der Garten ist sehr liebevoll und gut gepflegt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Liebe Grüße an Marie Christine und Jean Pierre

Das Haus eignet sich gut für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Alles ist in einem sauberen und gepflegten Zustand und die Ausstattung ermöglicht problemlos den Aufenthalt für die Zeit des Familienurlaubs. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und bemüht, trotz der möglichen Sprachbarrieren, alles wichtige umfassend zu erklären. Im Ort gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, zum Strand sind es 20 km und ebenso viele zum nächsten Bahnhof.

Un séjour inoubliable

Bonjour Marie Christine et Jean Pierre! Nous avons passé nos vacances en famille (4 personnes, 2 filles de 19 et 16 ans) dans votre maison en juillet et août 2024. Nous vous remercions beaucoup pour vos réponses rapides via e-mail avant et pendant notre séjour chez vous. Nous nous sommes senti toujours bien informés par vous. Votre maison est très bien outilisé avec tous les appareils ménager de qu'on a besoin et le climat dans le bâtiment était agréable quand il a fait très chaud dehors. Chaque jour nous avons préparé le repas dans la cuisine et mangé dans la loggia dans le jardin. Le soir nous avons utilisé la loggia pour lire ou jouer des yeux en famille. Le village se trouve centrale sur la péninsule et avec la voiture on achève les plages, autres villages et cités en 20-30 min. Un petit désavantage est qu'il faut rouler longtemps sur les routes nationales pour visiter les grandes villes comme Bordeaux, La Rochelle etc. Mai nous avons toujours profités des routes en achetant du vin aux châteaux et beaucoup de fruits de mer dans les supermarchés... :-) Nous vous remercions beaucoup pour votre gentillesse et le contact familiale - avec plaisir nous revenirons un jour. Un très bon endroit pour rayonner sur la Pointe du Médoc

Bon accueil, maison spacieuse avec un très agréable jardinet et environnement très calme. Voiture indispensable . Situation qui permet de se déplacer facilement vers différentes plages de la côte, vers l'estuaire et vers les châteaux.

Maison charmante et calme

Nous avons passé deux semaines réposantes dans la maison charmante de Marie-Christine et Jean-Pierre. Elle est bien situé dans les environ du village St Vivien de Médoc (et son petit port) et près de l’estuaire, l’océan (Soulac-sur-mer, Montalivet) et le lac (Hourtin) ainsi que bon nombre des chatéaux médocains. La maison indépendant - est sans vis à vis - est très propre et vous y trouverez tous pour passer des vacances calmes (il y a meme des jouets pour les enfants et les matos de la plage, qu’on a trouvé très utiles..notre fille de 3 ans égalment!). Malgré la canicule, le petit jardin - avec son barbeque superbe et sa terrasse partfaite - etait un lieu de fraicheur pour passer des heures, et les répas).

Gemütlich, ruhig und viel ausreichend Platz

Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter ! Das Ferienhaus ist geräumig, ruhig und hat einen geschützten und blickdichten Garten und liegt in einem kleinen Ort inmitten des Medoc mit vielen kleinen, aber feinen Chateaus in der Nähe. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und konnten gut entspannen.

Séjour très agréable en famille

La maison est adorable, fraîche et chaleureuse. Le petit jardin est parfait pour les repas à l ombre de la tonnelle et le repos à l heure de la sieste estivale ! La station balnéaire de Soulac nous a ravis et les dégustations de petits vins de Médoc également. Nos hôtes ont été accueillants et très sympathiques.

Un très bon séjour

Le gîte est confortable et très fonctionnel avec mise à disposition énormément d'ustensiles. L'électroménager est aussi au top. Le coin jardin est très appréciable, calme. Nous avons même eu la possibilité d'avoir des légumes frais par la présence d'un potager. Les propriétaires sont accueillants (merci pour les confitures et les champignons !!!). Bref, un très bon séjour à Jau.
