About this property

Villa with all comforts - Private swimming pool - Plancha

Ground floor villa, facing south, perfectly equipped and completely renovated in 2016.

Our 90 m² house is modern and bright. She is very pleasant to live with. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, extractor hood, fridge) leading to an open living room of around 25 m².

The sleeping area includes 3 bedrooms (two with a 160 x 200 double bed and 1 bedroom with two twin beds (90 X 200)

Bathroom with shower (villa "le clos de l'olivier") or bathtub (villa "pichouline") and washing machine. Independent toilets.

Outside, you will enjoy a covered terrace of 16 m² facing south on which you can take all your meals.

The terrace overlooks the fully enclosed garden of around 300 m² and the heated swimming pool of 6. 20 m x 3. 40 m. Our pool also benefits from a counter-current swimming device and balneotherapy nozzles.

Sunbathing and an outdoor lounge (perfect for an aperitif and tasting the little rosé wines of the region!) await you around the wooden beach of approximately 35 m². Alarm to NF standards.

Possibility to park your car in the closed garage adjoining the house (villa "le clos de l'olivier") or in the garden (villa "pichouline").

Finally, on our property (which includes two villas and a country house), you can enjoy from June, a sauna accessible to all of our guests (50 € extra for 1 week for all guests of our house).

Near our house (1 km), you will find all the shops.

We are fortunate to be in a region that offers many cultural, sporting, traditional activities; a rich and varied terroir and vineyards, many remarkable natural sites, a renowned heritage, ... in short, authentic and sunny holidays, adapted to all tastes and all your desires ... My wife and I will be delighted to advise you on ideas for visits and outings ....(The Cèze valley and its many listed villages, the Ardèche gorges, the Chauvet cave, the Orgnac aven, the Duchy of Uzes, the Cévennes, the Pont du Gard, Nîmes, Avignon, the Mont Ventoux, ...)

Heerlijk huis, dichtbij Goudargues

Lekker huis met een klein zwembadje en verder alles wat nodig is. Het is er heerlijk stil en vlakbij het leuke dorp Goudargues. Bakker en supermarkt op loop/fiets afstand.

Maison parfaite

La maison est très bien. Quartier très calme. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires. La personne présente sur place est très sympa et réactive. Nous conservons cette adresse Beaucoup de jolis villages à visiter aux alentours.

Maison très agréable. Bel extérieur et chambres spacieuses.

Renaud nous a rendu visite en nous expliquant la région et les coins à ne pas louper. La région est magnifique ! Ayant a la base 2 Transats pour 6 personnes, Renaud a su trouver une solution et nous en procurer d autres :) Petit bémol pour la vaisselle qui je pense devrait être réapprovisionnée. ( couverts, verres à vin,...)

Magnifique

Magnifiques vacances dans une super maison très pratique et très propre! lits très confortables, tout le confort était prévu, lits faits essuies en suffisance. accueil très sympathique par le propriétaire et sa collaboratrice sur place. On s y sent comme chez soi ! Et la piscine privée dont nous avons profité plusieurs fois par jour ! La région est superbe. Nous reviendrons !!

Un séjour parfait

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette charmante villa. Située dans une impasse au calme et décorée avec un soin épuré, on s'y sent instantanément bien. Son implantation est idéale: commerces à proximité (supermarché à 500m, boulangerie et boucherie à 1,5km), pléthore de sites d'exceptions à visiter (Goudargues, Montclus, La Roque-Sur-Sèze et les cascades du Sautadet...) et d'activités familiales à savourer (baignades, ballades, canoé...). Nous sommes véritablement tombés sous la charme de cette région. Monsieur Coste est aux petits soins et nous a par ailleurs très bien conseillé! On y reviendra sans hésiter!

Des vacances très agréables

Nous sommes très contents d'avoir louer cette maison dans un environnement magnifique et tranquille. Nos enfants aimaient bien la piscine privée et la maison, ou il y a beaucoup de places pour 6 personnes. La maison est très soignée en bien équipée. Le propriétaire est très correct et veut bien toujours aider si c'est nécessaire (il est venu de Marseille chez nous pour réparer le wifi). Nous pouvons bien recommander cette maison.
