Upon entering this home, you are greeted with an open floor plan and walls of windows, which give off a spacious and relaxed vibe. This gathering area flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining areas, which include a dining table and bar where you and your guests can enjoy a favorite tropical drink or a tasty treat.

Ascend the stairs to the second floor and explore the luxury bedrooms and bonus den. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, en-suite bath, and access to the covered porch. One guest bedroom also includes a king-size bed and en-suite bath, while the other guest room includes a king-size bed. An additional bunk room boasts sleeping arrangements that will perfectly accommodate up to four kids. The comfortably furnished den on this floor provides a separate space for entertainment with a couch, loveseat, and TV.

When you choose to stay here during your vacation, you not only get to enjoy the beautiful home, but also the surrounding neighborhood. The NatureWalk community is a residential enclave with a serene setting, and it is only minutes from the pristine beaches of the Emerald Coast. Scenic trails meander throughout the area, perfect for biking, jogging, and leisurely strolls. The Gathering Place in the center of the neighborhood features a large swimming pool and hot tub for a freshwater dip, as well as a furnished pavilion to gather with family and friends. The kids will also love the nearby “Tot Lot” that provides a fun playground.

With its great location in Seagrove Beach, this home is conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, wine bars, art galleries, boutiques, seasonal festivals, and other beautiful beach towns on 30A.
