Holiday house of about 80m2 in secure wooded park in Les Sables d'Olonne, La Pironnière, close to the sea.
Perfect orientation to enjoy the sun all day by the pool!
Ideal for 2 couples with children
3 bedrooms with storage:
-1 180x200 bed with private bathroom (shower, bathtub and toilet)
-1 bunk bed
- 1 160x200 bed
1 bathroom with shower and toilet
A large living room of around 40m2:
- spacious and sunny living room with convertible corner sofa (possibility of extra sleeping 2 people), flat screen TV, DVD player, WIFI ....
-kitchen open to living room, spacious and equipped (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (pods or capsules)).
The house has a private garden, a beautiful terrace overlooking the private swimming pool (heated on request with supplement) with alarm.
A washing machine also and a dryer available.

Possibility to have bed linen and towels (on request without supplement)
Mid-stay cleaning (on request at an additional cost)
Mandatory end of stay cleaning
Deposit 1500 € requested at the delivery of the keys
