Welcome to our charming house in Jard-sur-Mer, perfect for a holiday with family or friends.

The house is beautifully situated on a corner with a large, fully fenced garden stretching over 400 m². Enjoy the sun by the private pool, which is available from May 1 to October 15, as well as the terrace area with outdoor furniture and barbecue facilities. It’s the perfect spot to gather friends and family.

Inside, you will find a cozy living space with a comfortable sofa, TV, and a spacious dining table. The kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities, including a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine, allowing you to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Particularly inviting is the separate entrance, which offers a sense of privacy.
