A great place to get away and de-stress. Ideal location for family reunions, weddings, honeymoons, and anniversary parties. No passport required.
THERE WILL BE A $100 "FACILITY FEE," PAYABLE TO THE OWNER, FOR EVENTS HELD WITH MORE THAN 20 PERSONS IN ATTENDANCE AND $200 FOR 50 OR MORE PERSONS, SUCH AS WEDDINGS, RECEPTIONS, BIRTHDAY PARTIES, FAMILY REUNIONS, AND 15 ANOS CELEBRATIONS. $100 PET FEE.
There is parking space for about 5 vehices adjacent to the house, and room for many more, for events, at the bottom of the property.
