This beautiful, bright, fully-renovated 58m2 apartment is ideally located in the centre of St Raphaël, 7 minutes' walk from the TGV station and Fréjus beach, and close to all shops and amenities (Supermarket + bakeries and other shops less than 2 minutes' walk away).
The flat has secure, enclosed parking and all the comforts you need for a great holiday (washing machine, oven, microwave, towel dryer, toaster, television, air conditioning, dishwasher, etc.). It has three real beds and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.
Located on the 4th floor without a lift (access via an internal staircase), you will enjoy an unobstructed view of the Roquebrune rock, the roofs of the old town of St Raphaël and the cathedral.
The flat comprises a living room, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, separate WC and a small balcony.
All linen and towels can be provided on request.
