Located just 2 mi from Convention Ctr & Gas Lamp downtown. Our fully equiped and spacious 4br/2ba home with central A/C is minutes from San Diego's exciting scenes. You can be in the heart of it (Gaslamp & Little Italy) boasting superb bars/restaurants; or visit world-renowned SD Zoo in Balboa Park, Coronado Island, Hillcrest and many other famous sites to create an experience you'll cherish forever!

This spacious home has 4 bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate your large party or family, two flatscreen TVs (60" and 32"), wireless internet, a well-equipped modern kitchen, great outdoor entertainment with ample dining space in the patio/bar area, propane outdoor grill, two large yards, 2 bathrooms, and laundry room with all the necessary amenities for your convenience. The garage and driveway provide space to park up to 4 cars.

Beds can easily accommodate 8-12 guests. Pack n'Play provided for our youngest guests!

You will have the entire 4br/2ba house to yourself, including the huge backyard with lots of outdoor entertainment space. Spend a relaxing evening on the private patio or enjoy a refreshing beverage at the bar! You will also have full access to the 2-car garage (high capacity laundry facilities inside), 2 more car parking spots on the driveway, and front yard facing Island Avenue.

We live only a few minutes away and are available anytime via phone and email, feel free to reach out with your questions or for suggestions.

The Grant Hill/Stockton area of San Diego is very close to the bustling downtown. While there is a potential for city noise, the neighborhood is both festive and family-friendly with wide streets and accessible sidewalks.

Good People, Great Home & Great stay!!

Thank you Elona & Jerome!! We had great stay. Thank you for your warm welcome and walking us through the home! Thank you for leaving us some pomegranates and the Cake! We have been to many other vacation homes, but this one was special. You guys made sure we were comfortable and had everything that we needed, which was exceptional. This home is very close to San Diego down town, Sea World and Zoo(10min drive). Costco and Albertsons are with-in 2mi radius. Its well maintained, clean and tidy. I would surely recommend this home and am sure you will have great stay.

I'm originally from Albania and came to the United States to study Engineering. My husband Jerome is from Baltimore, and has dedicated many of his schooling years to becoming a Biotech Scientist. Him and I met in Detroit back in 2002, and eventually made beautiful San Diego our permanent home in 2010.

We love seeing the world, and in our passion for travel would love to share with you everything we've discovered here in San Diego, the hidden gems (that hole-in-the-wall restaurant that makes THE best fish tacos!), all-time favorites, new local spots (they really do open up a new brewery every week!) and much more...
