Why they chose this property

I had this townhouse built to my exacting specifications. I wanted this home to have an open floorplan, upgraded everything and a huge back yard for relaxation. I picked Meridian because it's the town where I grew up and is now the fastest growing city in Idaho. I picked this neighborhood because it's very quiet and comfortable and also very close to Alebertsons and lots of other shops and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

The huge back yard is fully fenced so that kids and adults alike can relax and have fun in privacy.
