Luxury two bedroom, three full bathrooms, 1,830 square feet villa (170M2) sleeps 6 people comfortably. Both master suite bedrooms have a luxurious bathroom, a queen size bed and impressive built-ins. Enjoy the air conditioning or open the wall to wall windows and glass doors that completely opens up the main level to enjoy the perfect Costa Rican climate. The first level boasts a living room with smart TV, cable T.V. and powerful wifi , dining room with large table, top of the line stainless steel appliances with granite counter tops , exotic hard wood kitchen cabinets, full bath, laundry room (full size washer and dryer) storage room, private terrace with your own private 6 person Jacuzzi, which is not heated.

Additionally, this community offers a large swimming pool, large gazebo style BBQ areas, a sand beach volleyball court, dressing rooms and a wonderful tot-lot. Pick tropical fruit right off the tree. Enjoy a huge variety of birds from the balcony, including large parrots, humming birds and loads of other tropical birds.The Parrots are there almost every morning, you will hear them. Fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for families with small children or that perfect romantic get away.

We have implemented special cleaning/sterilizing protocols to insure your safety.

Fantastic location-10 minutes to Mantas/Playa Banca beaches, 15 minutes to town of Jaco (15km), and 60 minutes to Manuel Antonio National Park. 10 minutes to 2 fantastic golf courses (Marriott’s Los Suenos and La Iquana golf course) Walk to several restaurants and local grocery stores and pharmacy. 7 minute drive to USA style grocery store!

If you mention that you are my renter, you will be able to get a Fantastic 90 minute massage for $60, 1 km down the road from my house. (Ask for Maybe)
Monday thru Thursday, Playa Mantas parking lot is open for a small hourly fee. Friday , Saturday and Sunday (and holidays) the beach is more crowded and you will need to drive down the beach access road aprox. 1.3 miles, pay small amount for parking and they will shuttle you to the beach (Playa Mantas). Feel free to contact me for more info, on this and the tons of activities in the area!

Tarcoles, 10 minutes away, offers several fresh fish/seafood markets. Where most of the fishermen in the area bring their fresh catch, to sell to restaurants and the public! Best ceviche in the area, is also in Tarcoles , Hellen's cevicheria....

We had a great time. Your place was an easy drive to playa manta. Which is where we spent most of the time. Is was close to the pool. Only problem was, we weren't able to grill our by the pool. Maybe next time. ;) Thanks for everything.

Great place to stay to explore the area

This is a great community and was a wonderful home to stay in for our family of 6. There was space for everyone and the pool area was the perfect place to unwind after a day of enjoying the area. Melissa was very responsive and made sure we were set up for a seamless stay.

Peaceful paradise close to many beaches and activities!

The villa is highly recommendable with the peaceful and central location to action close to Jaco and Herradura. Playa Mantas and Playa Blanca were very close by and accessible. Jacques and his team were very accessible to resolve any issues that were presented. We hope to return to the villa in the near future for a longer stay.

Overall good except the constant noise from trucks coming off of the hill behind the condo. Couldn’t talk to each other while in the pool it was so noisy

Perfection

Villa 33 is a perfect place for family or a friends gathering, the beds are very comfortable and both suites have showers and double vanities. The air conditioning individual to each room is a plus as well. Very nicely appointed kitchen with all the utensils you need to cook any meal.Just down the road are two great beach options and a good grocery store on the way. The beach features a well equipped trailer for food and drinks and the Monkeys are quite friendly, just secure your goods as they are sneaky little guys.I would recommend highly staying at this villa

Great Place to Stay in Tarcoles Area

We will certainly stay here again when we're next in the area. The property was just as described. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals if you choose not to eat out. Bedrooms are spacious with loads of closet space. The pool area is very nice with several covered areas for BBQ ing. Birds lovers will enjoy watching toucans, scarlet macaws, motmots and many other species of birds in the trees just across from the unit. Jacques, the owner, responded promptly to my questions, which was very much appreciated. We had a great time. Ellen

Wir waren für 2 Tage auf Zwischenstation in dieser Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer bewachten Wohnanlage, ist sehr geräumig, luxuriös und liebevoll eingerichtet. Küchenutensilien, Handtücher und Sanitärartikel waren ausreichend vorhanden. Kommunikation war top. Sehr freundliche und immer ansprechbare Gastgeber. Leider ist uns der Deckel des Mülleimers zerbrochen. Der Gastgeber war sehr kulant und forderte keinen Ersatz. Die Klimaanlage war gut.Den Whirlpool haben wir zu schätzen gewußt, jedoch vom Nachbarn übers OG einsehbar. Uns hat das aber nicht gestört. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Understanding

We didn't stay; my fiancée's flight plans were hung up. Jacques and Melissa maintained positive contact before and during our dashed plans. We didn't burn any bridges with our short-notice cancelation, which is nice, because we really want to stay there! We will book again sometime in the near future. Wonderful place for our first month in Costa Rica!

Superb place located just 1 hour from San Jose airport and less than 20 minutes from several beaches, restaurants, grocery stores (car recommended). Very warm welcome from Melissa, the property manager. Very easy communication with the owner and Melissa who respond very quickly to our requests and even asked about our comfort. Possibility to speak in French, English and Spanish. The property is secured by very friendly and welcoming staff. We lacked nothing. Lots of storage, plenty of towels, beach chairs… The bed and pillows are comfortable. The towels are soft and dry quickly. The energy of this villa is soothing. It is a bit noisy during the day (trucks, dogs, maintenance of outdoor spaces), but if you go exploring during the day, you will find a peaceful place in the evening. For our part, we were teleworking there, which explains why we experienced a bit of everything. That being said, it is a great place for 2 teleworkers, since it is completely soundproof inside. Also, the WiFi is excellent. It was very pleasant to go for a walk in our little community at lunchtime and to chat with the friendly neighbours who live there or who have rented, just like us. The community pool is quiet, clean and surrounded by impressive and mature trees. The regular maintenance guarantees a little corner of paradise. Our stay took place during the rainy season. What a pleasure to hear the relaxing sound of the rain, while we could have a drink on the small balcony on the 2nd floor, have dinner on the patio and enjoy the jacuzzi which are all covered. We highly recommend watching the sunset at Villa Caletas, located only 5 minutes from the villa. We also loved having dinner at Guarumos, 300 m away. The departure was emotional. Hoping to return there one day.

Fantastic place in a safe neighborhood

We had some major issues with checking into the property but once we were in, our stay was fantastic. The host initially lost our trust when he got mad that I reached out to him at “11:30pm” (he’s in east coast time) but after we got through the check in process, our stay was lovely. The property manager was good to work with as well! Highly recommend staying here!

Great location. Enjoyed our stay.

Not too far from Jaco and Torcoles where the crocadial bridge is, plus several beachs in the area. A must see secluded yet easy to get to beach and about 15 minutes from the condo is Playa Herradura. There are 2 to 3 restaurants there where you can go and watch the sunset. Beautiful and quiet. We would definitely comeback.

Very pleasant home base to visit Carara National Park

My husband and I stayed here for a few days as part of our three week bird watching and hiking exploration of the numerous national parks in Costa Rica. This was a truly lovely VRBO in a small gated community that was only an 11 minute drive to the Carara National Park entrance. The VRBO is beautifully furnished, clean with comfortable beds and has a kitchen well-equipped to allow us to cook all our meals. Air conditioning works perfectly and the private outdoor patio jacuzzi was a delightful way to cool off after a morning and afternoon of nature watching in the national park. The owner, Jacques provided a thoughtfully comprehensive guestbook of places to go, area supermarket (Automercado about 10 minute drive away in Herradura) and restaurant recommendations. What I will remember most about this VRBO though is the excellent communication with the owner as well as Melissa at the Mitman Management property management agency. Many thanks to Melissa. And thanks to Jacques for sharing his beautiful home with us.

Quiet, safe and convenient

Nice property in a gated neighborhood with security 24/7. Didn’t even feel the need to lock our vehicles! Only issue we had was the rear sliding door had no way to secure it, there was a missing light in the bathroom and several lightbulbs were out. I’d still stay here again because of the safety we felt, the friendliness of every employee we met at the complex (especially the security guys!) and how convenient it was to Playa Herrudura and Jaco. Totally equipped with everything including washer and dryer.

Un lugar SOÑADO y PERFECTO

La villa es preciosa, cómoda y bien equipada... El condominio es totalmente seguro, tranquilo y muy bellas las áreas comunes/compartidas, lleno de vegetación (hasta árboles frutales) y fauna (lapas, ardillas, iguanas...)... Excelente atención y comunicación con el dueño y su administradora en CR... DEFINITIVAMENTE DIGNO DE RECOMENDAR A OJOS CERRADOS!!

Why they chose this property

This is a quality built home, I selected many features that this home has to offer. After much research, I came to the conclusion -This is the best location in all of Costa Rica, to enjoy the wide variety of activities- Playa Blanca and Playa mantis are among the nicest, cleanest and safest beaches in the central Pacific Region, 5 minutes to United Sates type grocery store, ATV/Zip line tours, 15 minutes to Jaco, awesome town with loads of restaurants, night clubs and casinos. I do not recommend beaches in Jaco, for a variety of reasons!
Basically, Ton of amenities very close!!
