Independent house from 2016 with 700 m2 garden.
It has a large terrace with sea view (Morlaix bay and Callot island), very pleasant in all seasons.
Villa for 4 people very well equipped, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub.
Roller shutters on all windows of the house.
Sheets rental: 15 € per bed
Towels rental: 5 € per person
End of stay cleaning option: 70 €
Security deposit of € 500 to be returned on the day of arrival.
Tourist tax to be paid on arrival, 1. € 20 per day per adult.
It is located about 1.5 km from the city center of Roscoff.
The Grande_Grève beach is 500 meters away on foot, sandy beach with diving board.

An all-around perfect vacation

After a very warm welcome and a detailed briefing, we found this wonderful vacation home and were overjoyed from the very first moment. The house is perfect, very well equipped, has a wonderful garden and terrace and leaves absolutely nothing to be desired. It is in an absolutely quiet location and offers an incredible view of the bay. Beach and supermarket are just a few minutes' walk away. The town center of Roscoff and St. Pol de Léon are also within easy reach and offer numerous cafés and restaurants. Hikers and nature lovers in particular will love this fantastic region. A big thank you to Mme. Guivarch for this unforgettable stay. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Das Haus ist einfach nur ein Traumhaus.Hier stimmt alles, es fehlt an nichts. Absolut sauber - so was hatten wir noch nie, obwohl wir schon seit mehr als 30 Jahren Ferienwohnungen oder Ferienhäuser mieten.Die Vermieterin ist super nett und die Verständigung mit Google klappte ohne Probleme.Wir waren so begeistert, dass wir gleich für das nächste Jahr buchten.Danke Fr. Guivarch.La maison est tout simplement un rêve.Tout est parfait, rien ne manque.Une propreté irréprochable ; nous n'avons jamais rien vu de tel, même si nous louons des appartements ou des maisons de vacances depuis plus de 30 ans.La propriétaire est super sympa et la communication via Google s'est parfaitement déroulée.Nous avons été tellement impressionnés que nous avons immédiatement réservé pour l'année prochaine.Merci, Mme Guivarch.

Sehr schön eingerichtet, mit allem was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Lage mit Meerblick vom Wohnzimmer aus. Schlüsselübergabe problemlos, wir hatten vorher die Mobilnummern ausgetauscht und haben uns 1 h vor Ankunft per sms angekündigt. Es gibt keine Läden oder Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe - mit dem Auto etwa 5 Minuten bis ins Zentrum. Es war alles so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben

Einfach nur schön!

Wir haben im August/September zwei herrliche Wochen in diesem außergewöhnlich schönen Haus mit super Ausblick auf den Atlantik verlebt. Selten haben wir ein so perfekt ausgestattetes und sauberes Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Frau Guivarch ist eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die immer ansprechbar und sofort hilfsbereit ist. Vor allen Dingen die Lage mit wunderschön angelegtem Garten und Terrasse haben den Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Wir können das Ferienhaus absolut weiter empfehlen! Ingrid und Frank U.

So gut, wir haben sofort wieder gebucht !

Modernes Ferienhaus an absolut ruhiger Lage.Komplette Ausstattung, gute Betten und privater Parkplatz.Eine tolle, äusserst freundliche Vermieterin mit einem offenen Ohr für Anregungen. Die Städtchen Roscoff und Saint Pol de Léon sind in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar. Der grosse Garten rundet das Ganze ab, bestens zu empfehlen !
