NEW: Villa with pool and large sunset terrace

This new villa with pool offers you an ideal setting for a family holiday.
The south and west exposure of the house is perfect to enjoy the large terrace all day long and the magnificent sunset with sea view.

The villa welcomes its first tenants in July 2025.

Come and spend an ideal holiday, in a quiet area, in this new and independent villa with a view of the sea. The swimming pool, heated and private to the accommodation, is open from mid-April to the end of September.
The house is located in a small peaceful area at the entrance of Roscoff, 1.5 km from the hyper center and 1km from the beach of Roc'h Kroum.

The 2025 season is our launch season. The decoration is not complete.
The asphalt of the courtyard of the house has not been made, nor that of the neighborhood.
Our rental rate for summer 2025 is therefore adjusted.

You will find on the first floor:
- the spacious living room with its large kitchen open to the living room on the one hand and the living room on the other.
- the master suite (160x200 bed), its private bathroom and a large dressing room.
- Toilet with a washbasin.
- A storeroom with washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2 (bed 160 x 200) spacious with a closet.
- Bedroom 3 (160 x 200 bed or 2 80 x 200 beds) with a closet.
- Bathroom with shower and bathtub.
- Toilet with washbasin.
- A mezzanine

Bed linen and towels included.
Beds are made on arrival.
Bath towels not included.

On the outside side, the entrance courtyard allows you to park 2 cars. A large terrace allows you to enjoy the deckchairs, eat on the outdoor high table or relax on the living room sheltered from the sun.
The swimming pool is for the sole use of holidaymakers.

A seasonal rental contract is drawn up after the booking to comply with French legislation. It takes into account the special conditions related to the booking platform.

Swimming pool: the opening period runs from mid-April to the end of September. This period is non-contractual and depends on weather conditions. Inaccessibility does not result in a refund.

The cleaning fee corresponds to the preparation of the accommodation for your arrival (cleaning of all surfaces and appliances). These fees do not exempt you from leaving the accommodation in a good state of cleanliness. A seasonal rental contract is drawn up after your booking to comply with the French legislation in force.
