Magnifique vue sur la baie de Menton

L'appartement a une vue magnifique sur la baie de Menton. De plus, le propriétaire nous a fait un excellent accueil. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille.

Superbe appartement

Cet appartement est tout simplement un trésor : situé au calme, dans un écrin de verdure, avec à ses pieds un très beau jardin constitué de plantes exotiques et méditerranéennes, il offre un superbe panorama à 180° sur la mer ainsi qu’un très beau point de vue sur Menton. Spacieux et équipé de tout le nécessaire, cet endroit est très agréable à vivre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, tout comme l’accueil sympathique et le sens de l’hospitalité du propriétaire. Seuls bémols pour cet appartement : un manque de propreté et le fait que certains équipements mériteraient d’être renouvelés. Nous saluons toutefois la réactivité du propriétaire qui a immédiatement réagi à notre mécontentement en contactant la femme de ménage après notre appel téléphonique passé moins d’une heure après notre arrivée. Un nettoyage des principales surfaces a donc pu être réalisé le surlendemain. Cependant, un vrai « nettoyage de printemps » d’une journée complète serait le bienvenu : notamment pour une partie du mobilier, tous les espaces de rangement, l’électroménager, la vaisselle. Au final, malgré cette mauvaise surprise au premier jour, les actions de la femme de ménage conjuguées aux nôtres ont permis de rétablir une situation acceptable et nous avons pu passer un excellent séjour dans ce très bel appartement.

Séjour de rêve

La vue exceptionnelle dont on jouit depuis la terrasse de l' appartement sur toute la baie de Menton, la situation privilégiée du lieu, qui permet de concilier la joie des baignades quotidiennes et la découverte des sites remarquables de la région, sans compter les incursions sur la riviera italienne proche, la qualité enfin de l' accueil du propriétaire, tout cela fait de la location un lieu idéal de vacances .

Mooi, ruim appartement met schitterend uitzicht.

Een mooie vakantie gehad in dit mooie ruime appartement. Het appartement heeft een schitterend uitzicht waarvan we konden genieten op het grote balkon. De ontvangst was hartelijk. Een plek om terug te blijven komen.

Beautiful Apartment with Stunning Views

This apartment had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay and we would love to return. The owners were a pleasure to deal with, full of helpful suggestions for sight-seeing and days out (and there is lots of tourist information in the apartment). The apartment was even better than we had expected from the photographs, and spotless on our arrival. It is a peaceful area with little through traffic or noise - great if you are looking for some tranquillity while still being within walking distance of the beach and Old Town.
