The villa has an open floor plan with 10-foot ceilings and opens out onto 2 private patios. One bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, kitchenette, gas fireplace, en-suite bathroom and opens out through French doors to a private patio where you can enjoy the sounds of one of the 19 community fountains. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, desk and opens out through French doors onto a shared patio (dining room) with a ceiling fan. Both master bathrooms have granite counter tops, soaking tubs and separate walk-in showers.

The living room is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa with a new memory foam mattress, love seat, gas fireplace, dining table with 6 chairs, ceiling fan, and access to the shared patio.

The fully-equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, full-size appliances (oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal), cherry cabinets and pantry storage. The refrigerator has an ice maker and filtered water dispenser. The kitchen is complete with cookware, dinnerware, glassware, and utensils. A toaster, coffee maker, and blender are also available. This is a pet friendly unit. Two dogs under 50lbs are allowed for an additional nightly pet fee and management approval.
