This townhouse was just finished in October of 2018. Brand new and very luxurious. People are raving about the upstairs den featuring 2 full over full bunk beds (sleep 8 in one room).

Literally steps out the townhouse is the huge pool with a kids water dome, a slide, 2 hot tubs, and a waterfall. Use the bbq and sign into your favorite apps, like Netflix, Prime TV, and Disney+ on large, new, flat screens.

4 bed/3.5 bath. Sleeps 14. Maximum Occupancy 14. Bed Configuration: Master (downstairs)- king, Master (upstairs) - king, Guest - king, and Den - 2 bunk beds (4 fulls). 2 levels, entry is bottom level. 2000 sq feet. Pool view. Built 2018.

Great location but issues with property

This area of St. George is an amazing place to stay while in the area. Each resort has amenities like pickle ball, pools, outdoor space. This condo in particular hosted our group well. There were a lot of rooms / beds which accommodated our group. The kitchen and living space was large and made for easy meal prepping for a big group. With this property in particular it was almost impossible to connect with the rental agency (they did not respond to any messages in the app), the dryer did not work in the unit and all of the toilets were plugged when we arrived

Avoid staying here

Sewer smell coming out of every bathroom sink. Needed to keep bathroom doors closed because of the terrible smell. Many things were falling apart; stair railing, toilet paper holders, etc. Furniture in bad shape. This property is not taken care of with many things that need to be fixed and painting required.

We enjoyed our time at this property. The description was accurate and has plenty of space for everyone. The place was very clean for the most part. There was some animal hair (dog or cat) on the top of the beds that would get on our stuff. We would stay here again.
