"Short-Term Rentals - Lifetime Memories" - come make some memories! Stay at the newest and nicest complex in St. George right next to the Las Palmas Resort. This townhouse was just finished in August of 2018. Brand new and very luxurious. People are raving about the upstairs den featuring 2 built-in full over full bunk beds (sleep 8 in one room).

Literally 10 steps out the back patio is the huge pool with a kids water dome, a slide, 2 hot tubs, and a waterfall. Use the Weber bbq and enjoy 5 TVs with YouTubeTV (local channels and sports), Disney+, and Netflix already installed.

4 bed/3.5 bath. Sleeps 14. Maximum Occupancy 14. Bed Configuration: Master (downstairs)- king, Master (upstairs) - king, Guest - king, and Den - 2 bunk beds (4 fulls). 2 levels, entry is bottom level. 2000 sq feet. Pool view. Built 2018.

Perfect Family Getaway

This place was the prefect size for a comfortable family getaway. The pool is close, the beds are comfy. A few additional amenities that were great to have.... kids dishes, port-a-crib, pool towels, large kitchen table for eating and game nights. Little kids loved the bunk room and the adults loved having their own space.

Pros: The place itself was clean. My kids enjoyed the bunkbeds. Overall a pretty good experience, especially with the last minute booking. Host was very responsive. Location was great. Cons: Fridge had food from previous guest and we couldn’t find the living room remote. Main pool was cold, heating was not working. It was about 65-75 degrees outside but the pool was freezing where the adults and kids did not want to go in.

I love that it’s a townhome and no one is above your head. The hot tubs were great. Not too small and there are two! The pool is nice and close. This place is beautifully decorated, well stocked. The owner was responsive. We loved our stay.

Great location

The location is great. The townhouse is as filthy, and rundown. The carpets were filthy, garbage was thrown behind the beds and the bathrooms were all dirty. There was a window in the front that was coming off of the building which left a gap. If cleanliness is important this isn’t the place to stay.

Delightful! Everything as advertised, especially beds and bedrooms. Pools are heated and pool gate is short sidewalk walk around building. Gas BBQ on patio and kitchen appliances (toaster, blender, hand-mixer, and dishwasher) all worked great! Pots, pans, and cooking utensils were great (despite 1 outdated review). Small supply of plates, bowls, and flatware--Glad we brought paper plates for breakfast & lunch convenience. Patio table seats 6. Natural-edge wood dining table with large bench and chairs can seat 10-12.

Kitchen items need a refresh

The house is great and we had a good time but the kitchen essentials are in need of a refresh. The pans are horrible, no griddle and no washcloths! There was also not a high chair as stated in the description. The location is nice with the pool right in the backyard. Just update the kitchen items and it’s close to perfect!
