Ruime vakantiewoning met enorme tuin.

Een heerlijke periode in dit geweldig mooie en ruime vakantiewoning is héél ontspannend genieten!Vertoeven in de enorm grote tuin werkt echt rustgevend.In de laatste termijn van ons verblijf was het tussen de 35⁰ en 38⁰ graden! Dan hangt de warmte ook binnen de vakantiewoning.'s Avonds en 's nachts kun je vanwege de muggen niets openzetten. Een nu ontbrekende airco kan een oplossing zijn.Vanuit de vakantiewoning zijn bijvoorbeeld meerdere kastelen te bezoeken en vele wandelingen, met de Komoot-app, te maken.De eigenaar en beheerder is allervriendelijkst en zeer behulpzaam.

Schade

Ganz der Beschreibung entspricht das Haus nicht. Den in der Überschrift angegeben Teich gibt es nicht, es liegt auch nicht am Ufer von Wasser. Etwa in 2km Entfernung liegt der Loire aber ohne Badestelle. Auch sonst haben wir in den drei Wochen leider keine Bademöglichkeiten gehabt. Das Haus ist weitestgehend mit allem ausgestattet aber wie andere auch schon schreiben es ist alles stark veraltet und abgenutzt. Es hat auch immer muffig gerochen. Für 6 Personen gab es 6 Handtücher, auf Nachfrage haben wir weitere erhalten. Leider haben wir diese sowie die Bettwäsche in den 3 Wochen, bei Temperaturen von bis 35 Grad kein einziges Mal gewechselt bekommen. Da am Anfang direkt Dispute waren wollten wir auch nicht nach Wechselbettwäsche fragen und meines Erachtens sollte das auch selbstverständlich sein, zumindest habe wir das an anderen Orten so erlebt. Der Garten war groß, uns haben Gartenliegen oder ähnliches gefehlt. Den Tennisplatz teilt man sich mit den Vermietern.

Nous avons essayé de répondre au mieux à toutes les demandes de ces locataires. Une abondante documentation sur place indiquait les différents points d intérêt de notre belle région y compris de baignade. Maison ancienne mais rénovée totalement en 2016 et entièrement équipée y compris d un lave-linge. Nous regrettons que notre maison n'ait pas été à la hauteur de leurs attentes.

Maison parfaite pour notre mois de télétravail

La maison était en tout point conforme à l'annonce. Très bien équipée et disposant d'une connexion internet optimale, elle correspondait en tout point à notre objectif de trouver une maison au calme pour effectuer un mois de télétravail. Notre hôte nous a parfaitement reçu et a été très disponible et très sympathique lorsque nous avions une question ou une demande. Je recommande à 100%.

Belle maison pour 6 personnes.

Belle maison, propre et bien entretenue. Assez vaste pour 6 personnes et rien de manque. Propriétaires réactifs et disponibles. Le seul petit point noir serait la robinetterie de la salle de bain. Nous recommandons cette maison.

House is neat, equipment incl. kitchen is very complete. Tennis court and table tennis are great!

Everything in the house was clean upon arrival, it is well equipped (everything you need for the kitchen, a couple of tennis rackets and bats for table tennis, etc.). The house is spacious (especially the bed rooms), the comfort of beds is ok, there is decent and comfortable furniture, and a big garden. The bathroom is not new but is ok and spacious. Baby bath would be nicer if replaced. The neighborhood is calm, Carrefour and other stores are a 5 minute drive, the owners replied well and fast to our text messages and quickly and kindly helped to solve a small inconvenience. So all in all, it is a nice place to stay for a family and we would recommend it.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Bad ist sauber und geräumig, aber ein wenig alt, daher ein Stern Abzug. Alles andere top! Jederzeit wieder!

House was completely renewed in 2016. Owners live in their close but separated own house and can be easely contacted. 2000 m2 wall closed yard. Private tennis court is avalable for free.
