The large garden planted with apple, pear, cherry and plum trees offers a wide open view of the plain of Forez, a heated pool and covered by a shelter not overlooked and a shaded terrace with gas barbecue. The villa is located near Lyon, Gallo-Roman city with its museums and typical provincial streets and Saint Etienne, capital of world-famous design. It offers the possibility of many leisure activities for the whole family (horseback riding, hiking, mountain biking, tennis, cinema, ruins of an old medieval castle, cinema, bowling, thalassotherapy, acrobranche, climbing, casino games, park of attraction and zoo, night club and cultural outing at the castle of Rozier and golf nearby ...).
