Modern 2BR/2BA condo located walking distance from Medano Beach, and just five minutes driving to Downtown Cabo San Lucas.

Fully furnished and equipped for your full enjoyment, with all amenities one could want while work or leisure. (Dedicated wifi, netflix, tv, a/c’s, reserved parking, toiletries, plus coffee, water and a welcome kit.

Complementary beverages and snacks upon arrival. Also, “Beach Kit” available for your full enjoyment of the sand, sun & ocean. (Respect the ocean at all times, please- follow posted safety warnings)

From the beach access, walk left towards Medano Beach. This is where all the action is. A 2-mile strip of beach full of restaurants, bars and oceanfront hotels. Walk right from the beach access, and enjoy pristine beaches for your relaxation and enjoyment.

You will have access to the rooftop where you will enjoy a beautiful view of Los Cabos and the Sea of Cortez, or just take a swim in the pool. For your enjoyment we will provide you with a beach kit, so you can sit back and relax in Medano Beach.

Our priority is that you have fun and enjoy all that Baja California Sur has to offer. Contact us if you would like to book activities and adventures throughout Los Cabos and Baja California Sur. We specialize in taylor made vacations.

A wonderful place to stay

The apartment was a perfect place to stay on our short trip to Cabo. Just a quick walk to the beach, and a quiet place to relax. The full kitchen is well stocked and the apartment is super clean. Alberto was immediately responsive to any questions we had, and checking in to the apartment was easy and did NOT include a timeshare speel! We'll definitely be back when we're in Cabo again!!

Cabo is amazing, this location is great. Host made it easy.

My family and I had an incredible time. The condo and complex is very nice and Alberto was a great host; good advance communication, very responsive and helped accommodate a special request (pre-arrival delivery). After we settled in, we were self-sufficient with no issues. Location is fantastic - off the beach but close. We rented a car and the main "highway" is a little crazy and takes some getting used to getting on/off. Highly recommended.
