Folk Cabin! Secluded Modern 2 BR/2 Full Bath Cabin just behind Ozark Folk Center

The "Folk Cabin" is a secluded 2 Bedroom Modern Cabin with 2 Full Bathrooms located just beyond the Ozark Folk Center. Peaceful wooded setting located at the end of the road yet literally a couple of minutes from downtown. Location, Location, Location! Lost of wildlife in the area and we most always see deer from the front porch swing. The Rock fireplace (electric) in the living room sets the mood for your getaway in the mountains and puts off lots of heat with the heat feature turned on. The living room features an electric recliner as well as a reclining loveseat and sofa with recliners (talk about comfort). The master features a king bed and full bathroom and the second bedroom contains both a queen and full bed. The second full bath is located in the hall. There is a fire area outside with chairs to relax and wood for roasting marshmallows and smores. WIFI and cable TV are also provided as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Full size washer and dryer as well. We've also added a custom firepit with a swinging "cowboy cooker" grill grate for cooking!!!!

The cabin was exceptionally clean. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The kitchen den area was set up nicely and we had plenty of room. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch as well. I would recommend staying here if you are coming to Mountain View. You just far out enough from town for peace and quiet and close enough for eating places and shopping.

The Folk's Cabin was just as represented, roomy, very clean, and the setting was delightful. There was everything needed in the kitchen and the directions left were clear and easy to follow. We will definitely recommend it and stay there again.

The pictures did not do justice to this property.This was a gorgeous place in a gorgeous location. Very quiet and peaceful area and was kid friendly. Our little guy enjoyed roasting hot dogs over the fire in the fire pit provided and we were able to grill for the family on the BBQ grill. Was very clean and so spacious. Was extremely cozy and felt welcoming!

We enjoyed our stay! The cabin was super clean and accommodating! We loved the secluded location, yet close to town. We saw a deer and armadillos off the front porch. It was a great stay, and I highly recommend staying here. Hope to come back!

Beautiful Secluded Cabin

This cabin was perfect and even better than the photos. The location is great for a quiet getaway and would also be perfect for a larger group. This cabin would easily accommodate 6-8 people. We saw plenty of deer throughout the day and other wildlife that made it an even more enjoyable stay.
