** Need a place to store your RV or Boat trailer? We have FREE oversized parking spaces at the main office on Indian Rocks Beach.

**For your convenience Beach Umbrellas, Beach Chairs, and Big Beach towels are available at check-in for a nominal fee

This beautiful direct Gulf front unit is newly renovated in 2018 and has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a King size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom. This master bedroom also has a sliding glass door to the balcony and has a direct Gulf front view. The second bedroom has a Queen size and a Twin sized bed with a TV. The 3rd bedroom has two twin size beds and a TV. The second and third bedrooms each have a window that looks East and can see the Intracoastal Waterway. New sliding glass doors in living room and master bedroom added in 9/16 provide good insulation for energy and sound. The living room TV has a DVD player, free movies are available with Plumlee Perks. The kitchen has been updated and is fully outfitted for your cooking pleasure. This unit has an inside Washer/Dryer providing a great convenience. The condo complex features a heated swimming pool, hot tub/spa, and Gas Grills. This unit has an assigned parking space, dedicated secure WIFI in your unit and free long distance calling in US and Canada. Reservations are scheduled from Saturday to Saturday only.

Great location for family activities

This was a great location for all of the activities we wanted to do: the zoo and aquarium, kayaking with manatees and dolphins, swim/hot tub, and beach time. We even went to Disney for a day. There were plenty of great restaurants and some had live entertainment. The condo has a great layout and nice balcony overlooking the beach.

We were happy with the stay overall. The beds are not the most comfortable. Happy with the cleanliness and amenities. Checking in and out was very easy. It's in a nice location between the Madiera Beach/John's Pass area and Clearwater.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Sand Castle III. The unit was clean and provided plenty of towels. There were some starter supplies for us to use which was nice. The beaches in this area are very pretty and were not crowded during our stay. We were not aware that the pool hours are limited. With a young child who enjoys swimming we would have liked to use the pool in the evening. The pool hours are 9 am to sunset, which was 6 pm during our visit. Overall this is a very nice unit and I would recommend staying there.

Details as listed, pictures were recent and exactly as described.

The place was great and as listed. Many times you get old pictures but this property was very nice and updated. It was only a mile or so from the property manager which was nice to get parking passes/contract etc. The owners did have a few pool toys/beach chairs for us to use instead of getting from property manager. We purchased a couple additional items for my kids and left them for future renters/owners as we couldn’t bring them back as we flew to Tampa. Location is great with views of the gulf. My family really enjoyed the stay. If there was any downside, it would be the master bed was maybe a little older and not as comfortable as the other mattresses in the unit. We already discussed staying here again.
