Nice 60m² apartment, completely renovated and newly equipped in the city center but quiet in an old, charming condominium overlooking two semi-pedestrian streets.
Close to the Château de Blois and shops, ideal base to enjoy the castles and vineyards of the Loire and Touraine, the Beauval zoo and many other sights of the region.
Arrangement:
- A spacious living room (bright, 3 windows including a courtyard) with a sofa bed 2 people 140x190 (TV, DVD), a kitchen (dishwasher, oven and microwave, ceramic hob, fridge- freezer, Nespresso coffee machine ...)
- A bedroom (1 window overlooking the courtyard) with a double bed 160x200 (box spring and memory foam) and a large wardrobe
- A bathroom with a large shower and an electric towel rail
- separate WC
Prices :
- Very high season (July-August) = 450 € / week, 80 € / night
- High season (School holidays, June-September and RDV of History) = 400 € / wk, 70 € / night
- Other periods = 350 € / week, 60 € / night
