Charming villa ideally located in a quiet area in Sainte Lucie de Porto-Vecchio on a landscaped plot of 1000m2 close to all amenities (mini-market, butcher, bakery, pharmacy, etc.)
Close (4.5 km) to the magnificent Pinarelle bay and its superb beaches - Palombaggia, Santa Giuilia… - as well as 1km from the Cavu river and its natural pools.
For lovers of mountain and ballads, the departure of the departure of the GR20 is 4 km.
Villa with an area of 120m2 composed of 3 bedrooms with their shower rooms and dressing room:

Lovely home, very well located and convenient

We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Corsica in this beautiful home with swimming pool. The surroundings are very peaceful despite being 5 minutes to a large supermarket, butcher, boulangerie, pharmacy etc. The location is in between the natural pools of the river and hiking, and the white sand beaches on the coast. Highly recommend. Only issue was on check-in where we were asked for a security deposit in addition to what had already been settled but this was quickly sorted out.

Très agréable séjour dans cette belle maison à proximité de Pinarellu. La maison est toute neuve, il ne manque rien. Tout était parfait, nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Magnifique villa tout confort

La villa est magnifique et on y trouve tout le nécessaire pour un séjour de courte durée. L'endroit est parfaitement situé, proche de toutes commodités et grands axes. Les échanges avec les propriétaires sont très cordiaux et ceux-ci sont très disponibles. Je recommande à 100%.

Quiet and restful

The villa was even better than the pictures, so clean and beautifully decorated. The outside area is magical - peaceful, well maintained and aromatic with all the beautiful flowers and herbs. Make sure you contact Agnes in advance for recommendations about local beaches and restaurants as there are so many to choose from. The villa is perfectly located for both beaches and the mountains - a trip up to L’hospidale is well worthwhile.

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Villa verbracht. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz. Es nur wenige Minuten zum Einkaufen. Herr Husser ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Excellent séjour passé dans cette maison très agréable à vivre et très bien équipée; la décoration est à la fois moderne et chaleureuse. Plusieurs magnifiques plages à 5 minutes en voiture; de très beaux paysages et de belles promenades dans les montagnes rapidement accessibles. Un cinéma en plein air bien sympathique! séjour juin ds cette très agréable maison très confortable et décorée avec bcq de gout . quel plaisir de s installer sur la terrasse face a la piscine autour de laquelle il y a de confortables bains de soleil.la situation de cette maison est idéale comme point de depart pr tourisme corse du sud les commerces utiles sont a 5 minutes.

Pur bonheur

Sejour idyllique à Sainte Lucie dans cette très belle villa récente. L'agencement est ideal , l'environnement est très agréable , superbe piscine , sejour avec grande baie vitrée donnant sur celle-ci, decoration de la villa avec beaucoup de gout, les chambres sont très confortables. La réalité est mieux que sur les photos. Les voisins sont proches mais le quartier est fait de tel sorte que personne se gêne et vous pouvez bronzer tranquillement. C'était notre troisième venue sur porto vecchio et ses environs et cette location est vraiment à recommander. Proche des commerces et de la plage de pinarello. Je n'ai qu'une hate...d'y retourner. merci à monsieur et madame Husser de nous avoir fait profiter de leur villa.
