"Starfish" - Let's Vacation! - this tastefully decorated lower level home offers a lovely canal view porch with swing and a quick & easy walk to the beach!

This unit features a dishwasher, stackable washer & dryer, updated kitchen appliances and a powder room half bath! The Cottages at Pier 35 evoke an era of coastal living of the past with its Cape Cod inspired shingled facade, generous lawn, sundeck pier - all with gentle ocean breezes and swaying palm trees. Enjoy the laid back lifestyle in this lovely ground level canal front cottage style condo home. Easily accessible with only four stairs and a front porch offering wonderful up-close views of the canal. A peaceful use in common yard features a canal side seating area for relaxing and breathing in the salt air. Enjoy crabbing or fishing on the canal and the convenience of a charcoal grill area overlooking the water. Inside the home you will find a lovely living area and a charming kitchen with unique nautical details, a dining island, new full sized stainless refrigerator, range, microwave and dishwasher. Each of two bedrooms feature plenty of natural light and a convenient en-suite vanity with sink. Convenient outdoor shower with hot and cold water. There is parking available for two cars per unit and convenient beach access is just a 3 minute, 1/10 mile walk away. "Starfish" is the perfect choice for a couples retreat or an affordable beach getaway for a small family. Need more room to spread out? Lovely place

We really liked the condo. But the beds and sheets very cheap. The owners are super nice but they definitely need to upgrade the beds and bedding. Fans on have off and on, no way to adjust the speed.

The cottage....

We call this the cottage. Our family has stayed here twice and we LOVE it. My kids love to fish off of the dock. The accommodations are perfect. The listing says that you need to bring bath and kitchen towels, however, they are fully supplied. I will definitely rent this place again! The only draw back is there is no washer/dryer. Otherwise perfect!!

Vintage canal view unit

The decor was attractive and the space layout was excellent. Unfortunately, except for the bathroom and sinks, the unit had not been properly cleaned. The scatter rugs were very dirty, the interiors of kitchen counter drawers were stained with coffee and other spills; the white sofa slipcovers needed to be washed and stains treated; there were mouse droppings in the utensil drawer under the oven. In this time of covid 19, I was especially disappointed with the lack of cleaning. Finally, the walls and ceilings are "thin" . The tenants above my bed paced back and forth rather noisily and frequently most nights, and the tenant in the adjoining unit woke me up at 5 one morning with a terrible coughing fit. It would take just a little extra cleaning time and money to insulate the ceiling and adjoining walls to make this a lovely, clean unit.

Excellent View

The location is great with perfect views of the channel from the front porch. The walk to the beach is fast and easy. The condo decor is up to date but we thought the beds were hard and uncomfortable. The rental company was fast and friendly when we got locked out. Our biggest complaint is how you can HEAR EVERYTHING from the condo above (walking, running, drops, washer running, etc!!).

Excellent couples retreat!

This place was clean, close to the canal for fishing, close to the beach, and perfect for my wife and I. The management team was very helpful and if we needed anything they were there in a flash. Would stay here again.
