You will appreciate our 6-room family house, quiet in a dead end, for its brightness and its living room opening onto an open terrace, facing south and a closed garden of 300 m2 equipped with deckchairs, parasol and barbecue.
Large volumes bathed in sunlight and close to shops. Less than 400m from 4 sandy beaches and coastal paths between Lomener and Perello and 600m from shops and the inter-market.
Facing the island of Groix. Small sea views from the upstairs bedrooms.
Free parking in front of the house. Garage in the basement.
