Thomas was always quick to respond to messages and questions. The property was in good order, warm and comfortable. It has a spacious living area with good non slip flooring, which suited our elderly dog. The garden is large and fully fenced so perfect for children or pets. A great location on the shores of the beautiful Lake Hourtin and well placed to explore the Médoc peninsula. I would love to come again.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le logement de Thomas avec nos 2 chiens.Le logement est très bien situé à 5mn à pied de la plage et du port.La maison est spacieuse, fraîche et les extérieurs appréciables, calmes et sans vis à vis.Le logement mériterait toutefois un petit rafraîchissement (porte d'entrée fermant mal et serrure de la baie vitrée ne fonctionnant pas).On aurait également apprécié 2 dosettes pour le café du 2er matin. Nous n'avons eu qu'un seul contact téléphonique avec Thomas que nous avons appelé car nous n'avions pas les codes d'accès pour le wifi et la Tv. Dommage qu'il n'y ait aucune information de laissée dans le logement. Nous avons globalement apprécié ce logement et passé un bon moment à Hourtin.

Ein großartiges Appartment mit viel Platz.- Gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht.Schöne Einrichtung, die Fotos auf der Website sind nicht aktuell.Wenn man alle großen Fenstertüren geschlossen hält, ist es schön kühl. Die Lounge Möbel lassen sich schnell unter die Bäume stellen, wenn es zu heiß wird. Wir haben den Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse sehr genossen.

C'est vraiment décevant pour nous comme avis. Nous n'avons pas compris ce qui vous a déplu alors que vous venez tous les ans depuis 3 ans maintenant. Vous avez évoqué un problème de courir 2 lièvres, mais nous n'avons pas compris. Nous sommes toujours prêts à accueillir toutes les critiques et tous les avis pour améliorer l'expérience, mais là, nous ne comprenons vraiment pas.

perfect vacation!

Sehr nette Wohnung, absolut ruhig, alles ist vorhanden, was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Die wind-und regengeschützte große Terrasse geht in einen noch größeren Garten über. Zum See sind es nur ein paar Schritte, auch einige Restaurants am kleinen Hafen sind fußläufig erreichbar. Thomas ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die aktuelle Ausstattung und Möblierung übertrifft den aktuellen Internauftritt übrigens um einiges!! Jederzeit wieder. Claudia

Superbes vacances

Petite maison très propre, avec terrasse et grand jardin (notre chien était heureux), très proche du lac et du port ( pas du tout de nuisances sonores). Très belles balades en vélo (la location permet d'avoir 50% de réductions). Thomas est très disponible et fait tout pour que les vacances soient agréables. Super découverte.

Wohnung "voller Fuß"

Die Wohnung entspricht voll der Ausschreibung. Die Küchengeräte sind relativ neu, Herd mit Induktionskochfeld, Spülmachine, Waschmaschine und Mikrowelle.Sehr geräumiger Kühlscharnk! - Leider fehlt ein Kleiderschrank. Für zwei Erwachsene prima geeignet, für 4 bedingt. Die Lage ist top: 10 Min. mit Fahrrad ins Dorf, wo man alles Wichtige f d Aufenthalt kaufen kann. Sehr guter Fischhändler und Fleischer sowie Bäcker und ein Supermarkt der Mo- So geöffnet hat. Radwegenetz ist vielfältig und leicht erreichbar. See ist wunderschön und hat einige sehr schöne Badeplätze, mit Fahrrad oder Auto erreichbar. Den Atlatntik erreicht man per Fahrrad in ca 45 Min. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Windschützte, sehr große Terrasse nach Südwest. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.
