The "Ardèche gîte, La grange de Bonnemontesse" is an independent holiday home in southern Ardèche for 6 people with private swimming pool in the middle of a typical Ardèche hamlet.

- Quiet, enclosed land not overlooked and private 800 m2, parking.

-Terrace covered due south a few meters in front of the swimming pool. this proximity makes it a very pleasant place to live.

-Living space on the ground floor with fitted kitchen open to the dining area, living room, bathroom, separate wc.
3 bedrooms upstairs.

Maison idéalement située à 15 minutes au sud de Ruoms. Petit coin de paradis et accueil au top de Gil et Karine.

Repos, tourisme et nature

Maison très agréable, sans vis-à-vis et reposante en pleine campagne, dans un endroit magnifique de France où il y a beaucoup de choses à voir (Pont d'Arc, grottes, villages historiques, randonnées...). Les propriétaires sont extrêmement sympathiques, accueillants, facilitant et non intrusifs. La maison est très jolie et très bien équipée pour cuisiner ou ne pas s'ennuyer (piscine, terrain de boules, raquettes de badminton, télé...).

Super !!

Een zeer fijne welkom door Gil en Carine. Het huisje was super proper en zeer gezellig ingericht, alles is iok aanwezig. Het is super gelegen om alles te bezoeken, zeer lekkere restaurantjes in de buurt. De buurt is zeer rustig gelegen en er is een manege aan het einde van de straat. Het is een echte aanradar voor wie van rust, natuur en het goede leven houd. Wij gaan zeker nog eens terug. Debbie en co

Wer Ruhe und gleichzeitig guten Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktionen sucht:

Für uns Vier, Familie mit 2 Jungs (12 und 15), eine prima Adresse! Carine und Gil haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und waren mit Rat jeder Zeit zur Stelle. Das Haus ist nicht nur wunderbar gelegen (für einen Blick nicht nur zur Ardèche sondern auch Richtung Monts d’Ardèche und Cevennen u.v.m.), sondern umfangreich und stilvoll ausgestattet und bietet sicher auch 6 Personen genügend Platz. Der Garten mit eigenem Pétanque-Platz und Pool ist einfach schön und wurde von uns ausgiebig und gerne genutzt. (Persönliche Empfehlung: Bäcker und nächste Restaurants sind mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen und auch einer der ausgeschilderten Radwege L’Ardèchoise führt direkt am Weiler vorbei).

Un séjour en famille dans un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le gîte qui offre toutes les commodités nécessaires pour se relaxer, profiter de la nature, et se rafraîchir au milieu de petits villages sympathiques à visiter en Ardèche. Terrain de pétanque, piscine, maison bien entretenue, et tous les ustensiles de cuisine que pour passer des vacances idéales dans un cadre reposant.

Vacances idéales

Je pars avec Abritel dans ce genre de maison de vacances depuis des années et je suis toujours ravi, mais cette maison était vraiment idéale et parfaite pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis! Charmante, bien équipée et avec des extérieurs parfaits pour des vacances, entre patio et piscine privée! N’oublions pas l’accueil très chaleureux de Gil et son épouse, qui contribuent à vous faire passer, des vacances idéales! Merci à eux!!!

Séjour parfait!

Nous avons passé deux belles semaines dans le gîte de Gil et Karine. La maison est parfaite pour des vacances en famille, bien équipée, très propre et joliment décorée, au calme tout en étant bien située. On s'est tout de suite senti chez nous grâce à l'accueil de nos hôtes. N'hésitez surtout pas!

Un petit coin de paradis

Tout est parfait : localisation centrale pour bon nombre d'activités (grotte chauvet, aven d'orgnac, les vans, ruoms, le pont d'Arc , ..), des randonnées dans un environnemt typique ardechois, un acceuil très chaleureux des propriétaires, un gîte qui offre tout le confort moderne dans un décor qui nous sort de l'ordinaire et une piscine ideale pour se détendre et se rafraîchir.

Excellentes vacances en famille

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille en août. La maison et le terrain sont justes parfaits ! La maison est pleine de charme, décorée avec goût et passion. Parfaitement équipé, il ne manque rien !! Le terrain est sans vis à vis et totalement privé, nous avons profité pleinement de la piscine qui est magnifique avec alarme, parfait pour la sécurité avec les enfants. Les propriétaires sont hyper sympa et très accueillant ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir car nous avons passé des vacances idéales !!

Fantastisches Ferienhaus zum Erholen

Wir hatten zu fünft einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem extrem geschmackvollen und individuellen Ferienhaus. Mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, lädt es dazu ein, die Seele baumeln zu lassen und bietet gleichzeitig den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für verschiedenste Aktivitäten rund um die Ardeche. Gil und Karine sind äußerst hilfsbereite und charmante Gastgeber, die bei jeder Frage und jedem Problem sofort zur Stelle sind. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen und können das Ferienhaus allen wärmstens empfehlen, die auf der Suche nach Erholung sind :)

Maison de qualité ayant parfaitement répondu à nos attentes : calme, piscine agréable, extérieur sans vis à vis et permettant de faire tous les repas à l’exterieur à l’ombre ou au soleil selon nos humeur, maison fraîche, nous n’avons pas souffert de la chaleur et chambres de bonnes tailles avec possibilité de ranger les vêtements dans les placards !
