Rent beautiful villa in the gulf of Ajaccio, above the beach of Agosta, completely renovated with all the necessary equipment.
Ideal location close to all shops, just accessible on foot, as well as leisure activities (diving, water skiing, tennis, horse riding and hiking, via ferrata, boat rental ...).
Quiet and family neighborhood.
Easy beach access also feet, about 300m.
25min from the port of Ajaccio, 15/20 min from the airport.
Semi-detached house on fenced and wooded with electric gate and large area of shaded or sunny terraces to enjoy sunbathing and outdoor dining.
It is organized on two floors:
DRC:
- large main room with open kitchen fully equipped. Living room-dining room with TV corner sofa bed
- Laundry
- Separate toilet
- 1 double bedroom with plenty of storage space
- 1 shower room
1st floor
- 1 double mezzanine bedroom with storage space

Séjour très agréable
Nous avons été accueillis par des propriétaires charmants. Ils sont de très conseils pour de belles balades. La maison est très agréable, au calme, fonctionnelle et très bien entretenue. Elle est également bien située avec une plage au bout de la rue.
Je la recommande vivement.
