It is a very cosy and charmy apartment with a wonderful view. The Air condition for the apartment is in the kitchen area. Our son (1,83 m) slept above and was fine with the length of the bed. It is pretty warm up there in summer. But he managed the temperature with the AC from the kitchen and a fan and could sleep very well. He appreciated the very good Wifi. The apartment was perfect for us 3. More persons must be aware of the size. Baguette and Croissants can be ordered at the shop of the pool for the next day - very comfortable. We used the pool only on the arriving day - it is very warm and croudy in the middle of summer.Thanks Evelyne for the nice conversation and tipps.I would recommend your apartment to our friends.

Bonjour! We, my wife, my two sons (8 and 10 years old) and i enjoyed the stay at the holiday home of Evelyne. All points of the description of the holiday home were fullfilled. The fitments were top and the sight over the bay to Ajaccio and the islands and mountains in the west, especially at sunset is great. In a few minutes you reach the beaches of Porticcio and at the Torre di Capitello and the plage Agosta (!) were you can rent jet-ski, parasailing, SUP, and so on or you can only enjoy the very clear water, the sight and the beach (by the way each beach has reefs with many fishes and so on. There ar no costs for parking, enough place at the beaches, friendly people and boulangeries, little food shops, Supermarkets, restaurants, le cafés glaciers, pharmacies. There is a pool in the residence, but we didn´t use it, caused of be at the wonderful beaches. The price to the performance is utterly well! The communication with Evelyne before the stay were friendly and clear to follow. All points were carfully prepared, even a helpful neighbour, if there were any questions :-). The home were clean and the temperature of the holiday home also - you have to use the air condition not often. Only in the second floor, were my sons were sleeping, there was a little to warm, if you don´t kept attention to the ventilation on this floor. We enjoyed the stay and we had wonderful holidays there! Martin

Nous avons passé 15 jours exceptionnels en corse .Evelyne est une femme D une gentillesse et d une générosité exceptionnelle. Elle est soucieuse du bien être de ces locataires elle est toujours disponible et le contacte avec elle est facile et fluide . Vous entrez dans une maison adorable qui sent bon le bois d olivier , fonctionnelle vous y trouverez tous le nécessaire pour passer un séjour en toute tranquillité sans charger vos valises. Machine à lavée, lave vaisselle, four, plaques etc tout y est.Les enfants (2 ados ) ont apprécié d avoir l espace à l étage pour eux et de se rendre à pied en centre ville ainsi que la piscine qui se trouve en face du logement . Confortable et propre elle est propice au repos . La clim à été très appréciée cette année avec ces fortes chaleures .Merci evelyne pour la mise à disposition de votre maisonnette nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Excellent séjour à Porticcio, appartement chaleureux et hôte très sympathique !

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Evelyne et tout s’est passé parfaitement ! L’appartement est très bien équipé et fidèle à la description. Evelyne a été très réactive dans nos communications, a eu la gentillesse de nous donner plein de conseils de visites/choses à faire lors de notre séjour et a toujours été à l’écoute. Encore un grand merci car nous avons passé des superbes vacances!

bonjour tres bon sejour en famille dans une maison ou rien ne manque ,le plus, une proprietaire qui est toujours a l ecoute de vos besoins,et en plus tres sympatique ,la description de la maison et des alentours est exacte,je recmmande cette location a porticcio et en plus nous avons eu 2 semaines de grand beau temps gerard

Cadre agréable

Fin août-début septembre. Appartement très agréable, calme, bien équipé. Deux vraies chambres. Un plus, repas pris sur la terrasse avec une belle vue sur la baie d'Ajaccio. Accès à la piscine de la résidence. Possibilité de faire les promenades en mer à partir de Porticcio cela évite d'aller à Ajaccio. Pour la baignade, nécessité d'y aller en voiture si vous n'êtes pas bon marcheur. Recommandation, en Corse, en septembre, ne pas oublier les produits anti-moustiques car il y en a encore beaucoup.

Agreable vacances à Porticcio

très bonne description de la location. vue imprenable de la terrasse sur le golfe d'Ajaccio et les montagnes. nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et nos ados ont profité pleinement de la piscine.(il y a un petit snack pour se restaurer) Ajaccio est très facile d'accès en voiture 20 25 minutes ou par la navette en mer 7 euros . promenades en mer possible depuis Porticcio .(Iles sanguinaires,Piana-Scandola et Bonifacio) pensez à réserver à la réception (10 % de remise). Très bon contact avec la propriétaire que nous n'avons pas eu la chance de rencontrer avec qui tous les échanges se sont bien passés.(email et sms).

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement qui possède une vue imprenable sur la baie d'Ajaccio. L’appartement est très fonctionnel dans un environnement verdoyant. La propriétaire que nous avons rencontré à notre arrivée est très accueillante et informe parfaitement sur les lieux et activités à ne pas manquer. Location que nous recommandons.

Logement conforme aux attentes, très bien équipé et joliment décoré. Belle vue sur la baie d'Ajaccio et la montagne depuis la terrasse. Propriétaire très sympathique qui n'hésite pas à vous donner des indications touristiques.

TRES BON SEJOUR

La maison est très fonctionnelle avec une très belle vue sur le Golf d'Ajaccio.Nous avons apprécié notre séjour en Corse avec l'ensemble des conseils et guides mis à notre disposition.L'accueil de la propriétaire est chaleureux et convivial.
