Convenient location minutes to downtown and shopping, restaurants. Bedroom 1 has Queen Bed and Smart TV. Bedroom 2 has Queen Bed and Full size Futon with Smart TV and Desk. Living room w/ leather reclining couch and Smart TV. New in 2020 -Kitchen remodeled with stainless steel appliances, oak cabinets, backsplash and nice bar area with stools. Nice size Laundry room with Washer and Dryer. Also installed air scrubber on furnace to purify air and reduce any allergens. Wi-fi and cable. Truly a home away from home.

My temporary home

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The property manager was extraordinarily accommodating. Since I was staying in the house while relocating to the area, she made sure not to rent to anyone else until I bought a new home and was ready to go. She even wrote me a letter documenting my residency in West Virginia so I could get my driver’s license. I would recommend this property to anyone temporarily staying in Charleston who doesn’t want to sign a lease, or anyone vacationing in our beautiful river city. Five stars!!!

Excellent Stay!

This was a great place to stay during a quick bathroom renovation. Very clean! I would definitely stay again in the future if needed!
