If you want to put your luggage feet in the sand for a great vacation with family or friends, in a residence on the beach (former hotel from the 1930s), this atypical apartment renovated restaurant in a location with terrace of 59m2 beach view and dune garden. Living area equipped kitchen diner, open terrace with: electric blinds, 2 sun beds, 1 sunlounger, garden table, electric barbecue. 1 bedroom with 160 x 200 open farm on comfort bathroom with toilet bath (+ folding cot). 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 190 on comfortable open bathroom with power shower cubicle, wc. These two rooms are soundproofed for those who can not stand the sound of waves, the beach and enjoy the quiet. 1 convertible bed BZ 140 bultex mattress comfort, living room (see photos).
No road to cross: sunbathe on the terrace or on the beach, you come and go on the sand and plunge into the ocean in peace. Supervised beach.
- Safety for Children: play area private garden for them, thus favoring a parole extended by the enclosure of sand condominium closed with 2 entrance doors and access to the beach.
Books available (adults, children, in French). Beach umbrella.
Enjoy 2 local: bicycle storage (2 bicycles), local sailing boards, surfing, etc ... closed keys nearby.

Perfect location and perfect property

Everything was in order. Location, accomodation and also surroundings. For the young adults nice location for going out. Restaurants in the region also good. Especially the Prohibistro. Great portions and good price/quality.

Horror! Nie wieder!

Vorweg zur Lage. Diese ist das einzig Positive an dieser Unterkunft. Wir hatten riesigen Spaß mit den Wellen. Wir kamen an und mussten feststellen, dass es keine Klimaanlage, sondern nur ein “Klimagerät“ gibt. Dieses kühlte allerdings nicht. Fehlercode E5. Täuschung! Siehe Beschreibung. Wir hatten sehr warme Nächte. Zudem gab es kein Internet! In der Wohnung gibt es so gut wie keinen Handy-Empfang! Auch in den Nachbarwohnungen nicht, weshalb ein Router mit wifi zwingend ist. Die Nachbarn hatten das und auch eine richtige Klimaanlage… Die Gastgeber (Rentnerpaar) verwies auf eine OrangeBox, die aber wie ein Handy funktioniert und deshalb denklogisch ebenfalls nicht funktionierte mangels Empfang. Da sie auch außerhalb der Anlage nicht funktionierte, gehe ich davon aus, dass die SIM-Karte schlicht deaktiviert war. Täuschung! Siehe Beschreibung. Weiter konnte unsere Tochter das 2. Schlafzimmer nicht nutzen. Dort roch es immer wieder extrem modrig und muffig, weshalb wir zu dritt im Elternzimmer schlafen mussten. Die Gastgeber haben hierauf erst nach 4 Tagen, nachdem wir mit der Einschaltung der Polizei drohten, schriftlich reagiert. Keines der 3 Probleme wurde behoben. Im Gegenteil, man drohte uns rauszuwerfen, obwohl wir bereits im Vorraus bezahlt hatten und begründete dies damit, weil ich bei Ankunft keinen 3-seitigen französischen Vertrag zusätzlich unterschreiben wollte. Das Internet würde funktionieren, das Klimagerät auch und mit dem richtigen Durchlüften würde man den

Super Aufenthalt in perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und neu renoviert. Die Lage ist unschlagbar – zentral und direkt am Strand. Man kann die Bedingungen der Hossegor-Surfspots LA SUD/LA NORD und LA GRAVIÈRE vom Grundstück aus checken. Ich werde gern wiederkommen.
