The second wing boasts a charming upstairs den with a TV and a small outdoor patio, complemented by two bedrooms each with an en-suite toilet and sink, and a shared Jack and Jill shower for added convenience.

A maximum of three vehicles are permitted. Guests may utilize three driveway parking spaces and two spacious garage stalls.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Ensure that umbrella it is closed. Clean the grill with the brush, replace used drip tray/pan, and ensure the cover is on. All SUPs, paddles, lifejackets, and tubes should be returned to the garage.
Please load and start both washing machines with sheets/towels. Please do NOT mix colors and whites and do not overload the washers.
Please leave both (2) garage door openers on the kitchen counter. A $100 fee will be charged for each garage opener if not returned at time of checkout.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-No shoes inside the house. -8 guests maximum per our permit. -Quiet hours daily at 10:00PM. -3 cars maximum. Park cars in driveway or garage.
- If you leave the house a mess and it costs extra to clean it, we reserve the right to take the extra cleaning charges out of your security deposit.

Great, spacious house on the river. Close to downtown Bend. You can paddle board and kayak right from the house. We brought our own kayak and really enjoyed the water! The grandkids loved watching the deer and goslings. Emily is a great host and communicated well with us. Highly recommended property for families.

The location of this house is about as good as it gets for spending time in Bend: right on the edge of Mirror Pond. The house itself is very comfortable, with three spacious bedrooms on the second floor and a great living space on the main floor that opens onto a nice terrace, which in turn opens onto a lawn running down to the water. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances. There are stand-up paddleboards and tubes available, and we had a great time using them, both at the pond and on the Deschutes River. Emily, the owner, was very courteous throughout our stay.
