Amazing West Side - 2 King Suites - Walk Everywhere 8 Person Hot Tub

If this home is not available for your dates or if you would like two homes together, please also see our other almost identical home next door at VRBO # 505991. Our homes were just completed in November of 2013 and we are getting great feedback on the home.

The location of this home is just exceptional for visiting Bend. You will be in the heart of the wonderful and popular West Side. We built the home specifically to be used as a vacation rental which is why we included two king master suites and sleeping for 10 in beds.
We would love to make sure you have a great experience visiting Bend and staying in our home so please let us know what we can do to make sure you have a 5 star experience.

Dogs only. We charge a one time pet fee of $ 100.00 per dog for your furry family members visit. We provide a comfy bed, bowls and supplies.
Please observe the "Good Neighbor Policy" and the local noise ordinance. No loud outdoor activities from 10 pm to 7 am.

Host was very communicative and helpful in determining our options given a change in plans. Given the unfortunate lack of snow, we did not end up going to Bend for a planned ski trip at Mt Bachelor with extended family. Host allowed me to gift the property to a relative for the week instead.

Perfect for our trip to a family wedding in Bend. Quiet, but very central location. Bikes and hot tub were a bonus. Space worked well for a family group. Owner helpful and responsive. Bend is a really great town.

We designed and built this property along with the adjacent matching home specifically as vacation rentals. We looked for the most desirable location in Bend and set to work creating a pair of homes that would provide a wonderful Five Star vacation experience.

Located a short walk from downtown and between the two most popular corridors of eateries and shops on the West Side of town. This unique location provides the best of both worlds. You will be right in the heart of Bend making it easy to enjoy all that the area has to offer, yet just far enough off the beaten path to make it feel like a quiet retreat.
