FULLY EQUIPED WITH A/C IN THE ENTIRE APARTMENT, in a 1930’s building, ULTRA MODERN 3 bedroom apartment, 160 sqm - 1720 sqf, fifth floor with a lift/elevator, 180° view of Paris rooftops facing south.

The entrance hall gives access to an open space of 90 sqm - 970 sqf including:

- Living room with two sofas, a low table, TVHD, DVD, Stereo System, Unlimited internet access and Wi-Fi.

- Dining room that will seat six people.

- A large and modern US kitchen with a table to eat at, features a fridge, a dishwasher, a four burner stovetop, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a teapot and all items for cooking.

Then a corridor gives access to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and 2 WC / toilets:

- Bedroom 1 offers a queen size bed ( or 2 singles beds ) and a desk.

- Bedroom 2 contains a full size bed for two people and extra bed for one people and a desk.

- A first bathroom with a bathtub, 2 bathroom sinks and toilet / WC.

The apartment is even better than imagined, very comfortable with lots of room. Great kitchen facilities. This apartment has more than everything needed for a wonderful vacation in a Parisian neighborhood. Louis welcomed us warmly, helped us when needed, and goes above and beyond with his friendly hospitality. Le Marais is at your doorstep rich with life and culture, and public transport is nearby. Very highly recommended.

Great apartment in amazing location!

We stayed at the property with two children and grandparents in July and everyone was comfortable. It is a beautiful place to stay in a great location, close to everything. We felt like we were at home! We look forward to booking in the future.

Nice place to stay.

The property is large and comfortable. It is located in a great area with many shops and cafes. The metro is close by and easy to use. Louis was a great host and responded to text messages in a timely manner. We would stay here again.

Beautiful time in Paris

The apartment is beautiful with a great location. It is close to everything Paris has to offer and you can find a variety of delicious specialty food and dessert shops on the same street! Louis is a very proactive and responsive host. We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful apartment!

Glorious week in Paris

Wonderful property in great location (Marais). Apartment had all the amenities. Neighborhood is super with shops, food, bars, boutiques, parks and a lovely ambiance. Louis is the perfect host. Attentive and knowledgeable. Gave us a tour of the neighborhood which set us up for a lovely week from the beginning. We will return!!

Incredible Gem in the best neighborhood in Paris

We had two couples stay in the apartment four four days in late June. The apartment is as beautiful as pictured and Louis is a fantastic host and tour guide. The apartment is in a fantastic neighborhood in Paris with the best shops and local dining at your fingertips. It is central to everything you would like to see in Paris. The restaurants that Louis recommended provided a true representation of the best in Parisian food especially Le Mazenay. The temperature was a bit warm so having the air conditioning was a nice reprieve when taking a break from activities. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to be in a fantastic modern apartment in the heart of the best of Paris.

Spacious luxury in the Marais!

We spent a week in July with our adult children in this spacious apartment. We were so fortunate to have a fully equipped kitchen with an American refrigerator that even had a water and ice machine. The location was perfect! Right next door to the market, Laduree and some of the finest bakeries and confectioners in all of Paris, we enjoyed getting fresh cheese, bread, and treats each day. The Marais is an excellent neighborhood as it is very safe and filled with restaurants and cafes. Our host Louis and his friends helped us with ground transportation to and from the airport, gave us a very thorough tour of the apartment and was very responsive. We accidentally locked ourselves out and he had someone there to let is in within minutes. I give t this property and our hosts the highest rating possible!

Magic in the Marais

This properly, beautifully presented in the listing, exceeded our already high expectations. Spacious, light and beautifully decorated and maintained. Everything one could need for an extraordinary stay was on hand. I'm a very good cook and kitchen had anything I could possibly want to prepare basically any dish. The bathrooms are clean and warm and have excellent water pressure. I'm not a big TV fan, but this massive hi def screen was truly amazing to watch NYE fireworks on, when were weren't looking out the window at them.The location is really fantastic. On the Rue de Bretagne alone were excellent cheese shops, bakeries, patisserie, mini marts, high end wine shops and even an open air maker with pop up restaurants and fresh veg, fish and meat.On our first night, we dined on epoisse, foise gras, fresh baguette and a pouligny montrachet. It was fantastic.Our host Louis was responsive and helpful with all our our questions and requests.Easy access to shopping in the Marais, Picasso museum and several metro stops. I stay in several VRBOs every year, and "exceptional" rarely means, "exceptional", but in this its an understatement. Book without hesitation.

A Parisian "Gem"

If you are headed to Paris...LOOK NO FURTHER...THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY!!! Clean, loaded with modern amenities and conveniently located in Le Marais, this "gem" of an apartment is located within walking distance to major tourist attractions such as Notre Dame, The Louvre and Champs Elysees. Nestled in a lively, bustling neighborhood, one can find parks, restaurants, cafes, boutiques, bars and bakeries nearby. If that isn't enough, how about a host who upon arrival provides you with a walking tour of the neighborhood and points out some of his favorite "spots" along the way? It's true! Louis ensured my entire family was always comfortable and safe and was never imposing. As a result, throughout our stay we always felt right at home! Having traveled the world I have no problem stating that this experience was, by far, one of the best we've ever had. If available, don't think twice...don't pass on this Parisian "gem!" Merci beaucoup Louis...of 5 stars you and your property get 6!

Excellent stay

First of all, our host Louis was the best. Communication every step of the way was superb. He arranged for our transportation both upon arrival and departure. He welcomed us to the apartment and showed us how everything worked. He then took us on a tour of the neighborhood. There were five adults in our group, my son was hungry so Louis escorted him to lunch nearby. He was in contact throughout the stay and could not have been nicer. We all loved the spaciousness of the place. There are many windows allowing lots of light and views. The kitchen is well appointed, the only time we really cooked was at breakfast but everything one needs to cook and serve large meals is there. We especially enjoyed gathering in the living room at the end of the day to have a glass of wine and recount our days journey. There are metro stations close by so it is easy to get anywhere in the city. The immediate neighborhood has fantastic offerings, chocolate shop, bakeries, cafes, etc. The building is safe and secure and comfortable. We did use the air conditioner on the warm afternoons, it worked very well. We all would happily stay here again. Thank you Louis for taking such good care of us!

Holiday week in les Enfants Rouge

1. Location is convenient to transportation, easily walkable to many sites. This was our first time staying in the Marais, definitely a good choice. 2. Loved the neighborhood. Bakeries, grocery, chocolate shops, bars and restaurants, market , macaron shops are all only steps away from the front door. 3. The apartment itself is beautiful, clean, well maintained, safe secure building. It has space to move around in. 4. The host Louis is wonderful, always available both during the booking and lead up to the stay, as well as during check in and during the week we were there. He took the time to explain the workings of the apartment and took the family on a neighborhood tour. He even took the time to escort them to the pharmacy to obtain the necessary health pass. Suggested many restaurants and gave us tips on finding New Years Eve places. Truly a “host”, not just a landlord. We loved our week in Paris! Hopefully we will return when Covid is not such a major concern

Beautiful Apartment in Great Neighborhood

This is a beautiful apartment with lots of windows overlooking a charming neighborhood. The kitchen was fully stocked. Furnishings were modern and yet comfortable. Lots of space. Manager was great on communication and getting us checked in quickly and going over systems. He was very helpful in making arrangements for pick-up from the airport and for getting us to our ship upon departure. He was great to work with. The neighborhood is lovely with lots of nice restaurants, bakeries and an open market. Overall experience was wonderful and I highly recommend this apartment for a true Parisian holiday.

What a wonderful place to stay in Paris!

The apartment is deluxe. Everything you might need for a stay in Paris is included in this apartment. I felt like we should have a party and invite 20 guests to share in the space. Our family of five adults and a baby were comfortable here, with space for everyone. Our Christmas stay included a beautiful tree set up for us. The neighborhood is charming. Everything you need is an easy walk. The apartment was spotless. Louis provided excellent customer service throughout booking and arrival details. I would certainly recommend this property. We enjoyed walking to the Picasso museum. We loved our experience at Cafe Gigi. Delicious crepes there. J'Adore Paris!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The listing was accurate. The location was perfect! It is in a wonderful location with many small shops and restaurants within very close walking distance. Louis was a tremendous help and was always available to help with reservations/recommendations/tours/transfers. We would definitely stay there again when visiting Paris.

Wonderful apartment!

Louis was a wonderful host -- he did a great job explaining the apartment, giving us a short tour of the neighborhood and making some dinner recommendations. The apartment is clean, modern and very spacious , and the kitchen was well-appointed. And its location in the Marais was perfect -- dozens of wonderful shops and restaurants within a few block radius. We would recommend it without hestitation!

Gorgeous apartment, fabulous location

This was a fabulous apartment. The location was ideal with many delightful shops right across the street (cheese shop, bakery, grocery store, outdoor market, gelato shop). The apartment was quiet and very well air-conditioned. It was spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends. Louis the apartment manager was lovely. He showed us around the neighborhood and made sure we knew how to use all of the appliances. He was also available during our stay if we needed anything. He arranged great transport for us to/from the airport. Highly recommend both Louis and the apartment.

Amazing Apartment and Extremely Nice Host

It was the second time my team of four stayed at this apartment but my first time for (9) days during Fashion week, once I entered the apartment I realized why my team demanded to return to this particular flat. This flat is tastefully decorated, full of sunlight in every room, modern, spacious, clean and quiet. Location is perfect, many great restaurants, cafes and fresh fruit markets near by. Louis is the best host I ever met, super helpful, he make sure we all have a comfortable and problem free stay. Can't wait to return next season !!!

Superb property, prime location & marvelous host!

We were completely delighted with the spaciousness and design of the flat, the wonderful neighborhood location and the graciousness of our host! We stayed with our three teenage daughters for one week and could have easily stayed another 4 days because there is so much to do and see. Every room in the flat is completely light filled and faces the street - very unusual. With all new windows it is very quiet, but you can open them to let in the light and energy of the city. The kitchen is well equipped although we did very little cooking. The neighborhood is fabulous, local- not touristy so you will get an excellent flavor of the Parisian life style - tons of great restaurants and local markets, Museums (Arts et Metier, Pompidou, Picasso), excellent shopping up and down Rue des Archives and Rue Vieille du Temple. Very near an excellent Metro stop - Republique. Now for Louis - he was simply the very best to deal with. Very prompt and detailed communications, filled with excellent information and guidance and helpful with arrangements. We were delighted and would stay here again in a heart-beat - a real gem. Louis met us on the first morning and walked us around the neighborhood with some excellent tips for shopping and dining. He also arranged for a driver from the airport and to the train station upon our departure.

Wonderful Apartment and Host

This wasn't our first experience renting an apartment in Paris, but it was definitely the best! The light filled, spacious, and well appointed apartment was perfect for our family of four. The location was ideal--close to markets, restaurants, shopping, and the subway. Many popular tourist spots were also within walking distance. We experienced very warm weather during our stay (high 90s) and were very glad that the apartment had AC. Louis was a wonderful host. He responded promptly and with great patience to our numerous requests and questions. During our stay, he arranged several trips to sites outside of Paris for our family-- e.g. - Giverny and Normandy. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Paris.

Great Location. Great Service.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed this apartment. The apartment is nicely decorated and the kitchen is well stocked. The location is great. The street has several small grocery markets and cafes. There is an outdoor market across the street that has many food vendors. Many great restaurants are within walking distance. Subway stations are also located close by. Louis was a fantastic host. He was very responsive to all of our emails. He arranged for our transportation to and from the apartment. He also arranged for several private tours for us (Paris at Night, Versailles). During our stay it was very hot in Paris (104F!!). The AC in the apartment worked great. Louis even brought over an electric fan for us to use. We will definitely contact Louis on our next trip to Paris.

Exceptional service and location

The apartment was great for our family and 2 young daughters who enjoyed the space. It is in walking distance from Notre Dame and Centre Pompidou and is situated in a lovely neighborhood. The corner cafe - Cafe Charlot - was exceptional. Louis the property manager was exceptional in helping us prepare for and enjoy a wonderful stay in Paris. We traded numerous emails that he patiently answered regarding planning our trip. Louis arranged transportation, a private tour of Versailles where we cut the long line and bought museum passes for us as well as provided numerous restaurant recommendations. He provided better service than we've experienced from a 5-star hotel concierge. We recommend the apartment and Louis.

THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR STAY TO PARIS SO WONDERFUL !!!!

Our family stayed at Le Bretagne apartment for the month of July in 2013. Louis was amazing through the entire experience from planning our trip to our actual stay in Paris. I was travelling with an 18 month old and Louis arranged for a crib and highchair for my stay (he even put the Ikea crib together!!). He was also kind enough to arrange for transfer from the airport (with a car seat) and made arrangements for a driver to see Versailles and Disney. The apartment is beautiful and really felt like home to us. It had everything that we needed, was clean, organized, bright and spacious. It was VERY HOT in Paris in July and the air conditioning was a must for us. We loved the Marais area - close enough to all the sites but far enough away that you don't feel like a tourist.

Feel like a Parisian

We are a family of 7 who thoroughly enjoyed this property for a week. The apartment is absolutely lovely. Very well maintained and clean. The neighborhood has a local feel, not touristy or cheesy at all. Louis, the apartment manager was extremely helpful and responds in a timely manner. We stayed here in August, and the AC was a must for us. It was heavenly coming home to a cool bedroom! That was definitely the most important amenity to us! The neighborhood has a lively night-life, and it is true about the apartment sound proof! Very comfortable apartment!
