Newly renovated! This tri-level townhouse has a laid-back, welcoming Florida Keys vibe, pristine decor, sleek new kitchen and baths and a lovely view of the marina and tropical gardens.

From the entry foyer, a flight of stairs takes you up to the 2nd floor main living level, where you are greeted with soothing tropical color and comfortable island furnishings. The dining table has seating for 6 with 3 stools at the breakfast bar.

The lustrous new white cabinetry is topped with perfect, complementary quartz counters and features stainless steel appliances. The dining room has a table for 6 for an enjoyable sit-down meal or for a quick bite before heading out for a day of fun in the sun. The breakfast bar has seating for three.
The living room boasts a large, flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa, a love seat, a side chair, and an open floor plan to the dining area.

Step outside into the screened patio for a relaxing after-dinner aperitif and enjoy the peaceful marina view as the boats return to the harbor. Or, if a little after-dinner activity is in order, a spiral staircase leads from the screened porch down to the brick-paved pathway and to the clubhouse pool, grotto spa, and game room.

Also on the 2nd floor is a full bath and a bedroom with a large daybed and a single, pullout trundle.

The 3rd-floor master bedroom features a king bed, a flatscreen TV, and a large glassed-in sitting area to relax and enjoy that marina view through the treetops. It's the perfect spot to take your coffee every morning for peaceful meditation. A luxurious ensuite bath with sunken Jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks, and a stunning step-in shower tops off this spacious master suite.

Also located on the 3rd floor is a second master suite with bright pops of color, a queen-size bed, and a full, 4-pc ensuite bath.

Even the most selective and well-traveled guest will be pleasantly surprised!

The townhouse was spacious, clean, and uncluttered. The community was well kept and quiet despite being a busy holiday week. Both the kids and adults in our group loved the large, heated pool. We loved having this as our home base and would absolutely stay here again!

The condo was perfectly situated to everything we wanted to do. The kitchen was well stocked, everything was very clean and the check in/check out process was a breeze. The furnishings are very nice and the beds were comfortable, which is a nice bonus! The only thing I would note is that the bedroom with the daybed becomes very small if you also use the trundle to sleep two in the room, so that room is best used for smaller kids if it is sleeping two people.

Everything with the stay was wonderful. The only downside, which wasn’t really anyone’s fault per se, was the lack toddler/baby equipment. No pack and play option, no high chair option and no baby gates for the two sets of very dang stairs. Again, just a downside but no ones fault.

We had a wonderful getaway to Mariner’s Club. We enjoyed the pools and beautiful views. We definitely plan to return for a longer stay next time. Feeding the tarpon at Robbie’s in Islamorada was fun. We also enjoyed dining on the beach at Marker 88. One of the easiest vacation rental experiences we have ever had - from check-in through checkout.

The report was nice. It had an amazing pool that was close to the place and a front gate that had 24/7 guards to let you in. Large TVs in every room and a comfortable couch. The checkin you had to go to another location through the rental management. Great stay.

The condo and space to spread out were great.

The condo and space to spread out were great. Social distancing was not occurring in the Groto. The woman who checked us in was very nice. The phone calls we made prior to our arrival, the people answering were not very friendly.
