Upgraded 1-bedroom plus loft, 2-bath condo located at Sunrise in Mammoth Lakes, in the scenic Meadow area. Sleeps up to 6 guests and is approximately 1,100 sq. ft.

This bright corner unit features vaulted ceilings, large windows, and views of the Sherwin Mountains. Enter up one flight of outside stairs. The first floor includes the primary bedroom with a California king bed and Smart TV, a fully remodeled bathroom with a walk-in tile shower and quartz vanity, and an open living area with a sectional sofa, recliner, dining table for 6, flat-screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi, wood-burning stove (firewood provided), and access to a private deck. The newly renovated kitchen offers granite countertops, slate appliances, and is fully stocked with dishware, cookware, and utensils.

The loft is open to the living room below by a half wall and includes a queen bed, a set of bunk beds (twin on top, full on bottom), and the second remodeled full bathroom.

Guests enjoy access to Sunrise's community amenities, including a year-round spa and sauna, as well as a seasonal heated pool. Laundry facilities are available on-site with coin-operated machines. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.

Complimentary internet and cable TV are provided; however, no refunds are given for connectivity issues.

It’s a great location, very spacious. The couch was soooo cozy. The girls stayed in the loft upstairs that had its own bathroom which was great. We would definitely stay there again if ever going back to Mammoth

Comfy well laid out condo close to mammoth. The four of us enjoyed our stay here and the view is amazing from the balcony. Well equipped too with toiletries, plenty of linens and cleaning supplies.

We really appreciated how clean and comfortably furnished this condo is. It's very conveniently located, yet in a quiet location with a lovely meadow/mountain view off the balcony and close to a paved walking trail for evening walks with a great view. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking. And the property manager was responsive and friendly when we reached out to them with a few needs we had during our stay. Great choice for our lodging needs in Mammoth!

Near walking trails with a beautiful stream nearby. You can walk to Vons and most restaurant. However, the condo is located in a very quiet area. The condo was very well equipped with pots, pans glasses, condiments etc. Probably the most I have ever seen and we appreciate that. Great place to stay. Thank you

Cozy Condo with Beautiful View

The condo was just as stated. It was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and my wife liked the bathrooms. The location was a few minutes walk to the trolly and the view off the patio deck was all mountains. Perfect for that morning cup of coffee. The pool was also in close proximity. I would definitely stay again.

This condo is fully loaded with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We loved everything about it including the gorgeous view straight out to the Sierra Nevada mtns. Easy walk to the bus for a ride up to the ski mountain or just around town. Also I had requested just a few weeks before my stay to make a change to my reservation and I was immediately contacted and it was taken care of so quickly and easily. I would definitely book this again for a visit next time I’m in mammoth!

Spring House Stay

This beautiful home provided us the best Mammoth visit to date! It was cozy, clean and felt like home to us. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cleaning and cooking supplies. Our only minor challenge were finding some kitchen measuring items and a can opener. Otherwise, it was an awesome place with a quiet neighborhood, amazing mountain views and conveniently close to grocery stores & Mammoth village.

Mammoth Motorcross 2024

This property was fantastic. Super great location, beautiful views, easy access to the vehicles. This unit was one of the most well-equipped properties we have ever stayed at. The kitchen was well stocked with all types of cooking utensils and multiple cooking pots/pans. The beds were outstanding and felt like new. They even had frozen mugs in the freezer ready for a cold drink! Bathrooms were clean and updated with plenty of towels. The whole property had upgraded finishes with plenty of room for 4-6 people. I would love to book this specific property next year around the same time period!

Our stay was exceptional! Everything went perfectly! The beds were nice, the kitchen had plenty to cook with and the sitting area was great! The only suggestion I would give would be to have coffee filters that go with the coffee pot. It is a cone shape and the cup shaped filters that were there collapsed making the coffee go all over. But besides that, excellent stay! Would love to visit again this summer!

Mammoth getaway

Check in was easy - we never saw any management but that was ok as we didn’t need anything. They were available. The place was clean and comfortable. The only thing that we didn’t realize was that the unit was in the second floor. Otherwise everything was great .
