Upgraded 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located at Sunrise in Mammoth Lakes, in the scenic Meadow area. Sleeps up to 6 guests and is approximately 1,100 sq. ft.

This bright corner unit offers vaulted ceilings, new flooring throughout, and partial views of the Sherwin Mountains. Enter up one flight of outside stairs. The first floor features the primary bedroom with a queen bed, a newly remodeled bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and new cabinetry, a dining area, and an open living room with a flat-screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi, wood-burning stove (wood provided), and access to the deck overlooking the pool and spa area.

The second floor includes a fully enclosed second bedroom with a private door, featuring a queen bed, a set of bunk beds, and a second full bathroom.

Guests enjoy access to Sunrise's community amenities, including a year-round spa and sauna, as well as a seasonal heated pool. Laundry facilities are available on-site with coin-operated machines. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.

Great spot for a family in Mammoth!

This was a wonderful place to stay. We would absolutely book it again. All descriptions were accurate, and for a summer get away in the mountains, this location couldn’t be beat. Easy to walk to shops & food (15 minutes), easy to drive to the mountain (15 minutes).

Nice place, clean, easy access to all locations. Not a fan of the floor heaters but they work. Not an animal friendly place which I like but did receive some flea bites. Otherwise we really enjoyed staying here

Good stay, as described, no problems

Ski weekend in March. Everything was fine. Property was described accurately. Property seemed clean. Bus to mountain is a short walk away. Wasn’t close to restaurants or shopping but I knew that going in. Upstairs bedroom is very tight - bed and bunks leave almost zero room to move or unpack. I would not want to be jammed in there with 3 people, but it might be ok for kids. Website isn’t working well when I submit this so the cleanliness rating is wonky. Place seemed clean and if it shows up as a low score it is a mistake.

Property location very convenient and quiet. The condo is nice and cozy but could work on updating living room couches. The flooring that divides carpet and wood is broken, the upstairs very tight no room for luggage. Found some spider webs around window and ceiling. I would definitely go back to the same spot but if they could work on the above.

Great place to stay!

We have family who lives in Mammoth that we visit a couple of times a year. Needless to say, we have stayed in a few different rentals over the years and this one by far was the best. There were six of us, but it could have easily slept 8. It was spacious and we never felt cramped. Other than groceries, there wasn't much more that we needed. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay! We hope to come back again.

Perfect condo close to Eagle Lodge

We loved our stay in this condo! Check in and out was a breeze. The condo was clean and well equipped with all the essentials. The living room area is very large which was perfect for lounging in the evenings! It complex quiet at night and the unit comfortably slept our family. The location to the pool / Jacuzzi couldn't have been better! The location was perfect for skiing out of Eagle Lodge. We will definitely look to rent this property again!

Great upgraded 2 bedroom

Perfectly clean and well-appointed. The 4 of us enjoyed our stay. The cozy fireplace and lots of wood provided us with heat and ambiance. Lots of games in this unit. Clean carpet and comfortable beds (though the downstairs queen is pretty firm). Near enough to the Red line stop #4 to make the transit system useful. Recommend!
